Really nice restaurant setting and chill music in the background. Although there are quite noisy sometime when the kids were screening outside. Overall the meals are nice apart from the wait time. The whole dinner from the beginning to the end around 2 hours.
New Years Eve Dinner was amazing. Cozy, smart hidden gem has one of the better beef wellingtons I have ever had even better than Gordon’s restaurants. Will be back!
This beautiful restaurant serves what is without doubt one of the greatest cote de boeuf in the world. The beef tartare is also exceptional. Fabulous and charming front of house team. It is an extraordinary restaurant.
Server dropped the soup course, before we finished the amuse bouche, in the center of the table like it was a night food market. Left us with empty wine glasses. Had to wait 20 minutes for the check. Some people have places to go after...dinner.More
First visited around 2014 and then regularly until the pandemic and tonight was the first opportunity since then. Always with the same Australian friend. It’s all in the detail and Artur still gets that right. Ambience, selection of food and wine and we all know...that there are shortages of experienced staff post Covid. This place does not change! It is a timelessly classic and I adore it. The Amazing creator Artur and his wife Suraiya are always there with the best of recommendations, I absolutely love coming here. We had the french onion soup like no other then...the famous full Duck followed by beautiful cocktails and desserts. Wine list is amazing and well priced. My wife & I first dined at Artur in March 2013, when we came to Bangkok to belatedly celebrate our 19th wedding anniversary. Afterwards, I reviewed the restaurant here on TripAdvisor, stating "our dinner was by far our best dining experience during this stay in...Bangkok". Though it had been almost nine years since we last dined at Artur, Margaret & I agreed our lunch on Sunday, January 16 was "every bit as good as our dinner way back in March 2013". Remembering how we had started with Martinis during our first visit to Artur, we decided to do so again, because of the "experience" when they are served, and it was exactly the same this time (see photo). Service was attentive without being intrusive. Artur's wife Suriya came to our table to welcome my wife & me, and thanked us for having returned to again dine at Artur. Later, Artur took time to speak with us, and also thanked us for our patronage. Our appetizers and main courses were superb, as you can see by the photos (as well as the dessert, which we could barely fit in we were so full). After having enjoyed one dinner, and one lunch over almost nine years, I can honestly state that Artur delivers a "fine dining experience" in Bangkok which is "consistently good". Wellington beef is so good, Love it so so much, and the lobster bisque soup is the best I've tried so far, and Cesar salad is outstanding either less sour taste than others that I had before, and I like it so much, foie is...yummy 😋creamy and tasty, overall is a wonderful experience to have dinner over thereMore

so far i don’t think it’s one of the best it’s a decent place you can sip wine and chat with friends but food is not really yummy it’s average and lamp racks were a bit smelly however fish was better
Large stately dining room. There’s no music , so ambience is missing something. Only 2-3 tables on a sunday night when we arrived and the 2 staff could barely cope. Took 15 min to order our food. Got worse as more guests came For starters...we had lobster bisque, oyster rockerfeller, tuna tartare, beef tartare. All good but the 1st dish took >45 min to arrive For mains, we had the angel hair, beef wellington and seabass. All good too, and again, an agonising 30 min from the last starter Some dishes are done by the table - caesar salad, beef tartare. Gimmicky, didn’t make the dishes taste more special 3.4/5More
Food was excellent, a bit expensive but it is a fine dining restaurant. Surprised to see very few people dining on a Friday evening. We pretty much had the restaurant to ourselves.Overall, a nice experience.
We went there for our anniversary as we did not go there for over a year. We had a very enjoyable evening, the service was professional and friendly. Food was consistent as in the past and maintain good quality value. The best value was the...wines list and recommended choices - my recommendation is to ask Artur for any special that is not yet on the menu as they are constantly trying to the new addition.More
My husband took me there fpr our anniversary. I have never been there but he did a few time. The whole meal experience is great both food and service but I need to mention that steak is really really nice. Highly recommend for those who...like meat!More
