I had my dinner on Friday night at Amaya where the food selections are huge and aplenty. All seafood are fresh except the River Prawns which can't compared with the ones l had at night market. Waiters/Waitresses deliver their service in a friendly manners that make me feel quite comfortable and l will visit Amaya next time when l go to Bangkok again.

We loved the various ethnic food groups available to mix, match and try. It made breakfast during our stay at the Watergate a major daily eventand meant we didn't need to think about where to eat lunch...

Food was delicious. Huge variety of meat, pasta and sea food. One of the best thing was half of the big lobster with batter garlic sauce. People were very friendly, especially the waiter by who we were served. I really can recommend him, his name was White.

Was here for the Sunday brunch deal back in July 2019. There's something for everyone especially if you like seafood and each person gets half a lobster with choice of sauce. The pineapple juice was delicious, just a shame, like most buffets, that the drinks took a long time to come, if they ever came at all (drinks order forgotten about a couple of times).
Best thing about the visit was the female singer providing dulcet tones throughout.

We were guests at the Amari Watergate Hotel, the breakfasts here are stunning. You can literally eat your way around the continents of the world. Sushi with a hash brown if you so choose!
Whenever we stay at Watergate we make sure we are there for the seafood buffet (nearly got caught out this time as it has moved to a Saturday). Amazing seafood including half a lobster with a choice of sauce of which garlic butter is the star.
There is a great meat section too.
With food of this quality their well stocked cellar has a huge variety of quality wines.
The staff make this quite an occasion even dressing in a nautical theme make it a fun night to remember. Thank you to Saurabh for fabulous service.
Even if not resident at the Amari this is one of Bangkok's finest buffet restaurants open to all.
I understand there are other themed nights too which I can't wait to discover.

We had “all you can eat”. The appetizers, main dishes, and desserts on the menu are all unlimited. It costs 990baht per person and takes 1.5 hours to place the order. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is great. We had the buffet breakfast next morning. Many choice of food and beverages. The staff are also very attentive and professional. Special thanks to Nan, Pooky, Top Tap and Prasan. I wish you success in your work and good health.

Mornings are indeed special at Amaya Food Gallery because a grand and yummy breakfast is waiting for you.
So without any delay, we headed for breakfast at Amaya Food Gallery. The restaurant is huge and has a buffet spread that includes everything you could possibly want for breakfast. Divided across different sections, there are fresh salads, croissants, breads, live omelettes, juices, cakes, sausages, potato wedges, eggs, cornflakes, muesli, fruits, and so much more. Different props across different sections made the place look even more vibrant.
However, I made my visit to a special counter which had something very close to my heart. Yes, it was Indian food. We were incredibly surprised to find that there was also Indian food in the breakfast buffet - yummy yummy Pav Bhaji, Chhole, Idli Sambar, and even a live Dosa counter. Witnessing Thai chefs cooking dosa was indeed a sight to behold. However, we also got to know that there is an Indian chef in the hotel and hence knew the taste will be incredible.
We got the opportunity to have dinner at Amaya Food Gallery too, not just once but twice. The buzzing restaurant we witnessed in the morning was calm and composed.
The dinner(s) were a gastronomic extravaganza. We had a mix of Indian, Italian and American food and relished every bit. Let me first tell you about my former love! Papdi Chaat....so yum and delicious followed by Vegetable Samosas...it was such a nice feeling to have these delicacies in a foreign land. It was followed by Kadai Paneer, Dal Tadka, and assorted Indian breads. Loved loved loved it. We also met the Indian chef who mentioned the masalas are all imported from India and thats the secret of the authentic taste that’s extended to the guests. For another late-night dinner at Amaya Food Gallery, we tried Caesar wrap, bread-crumbed Chicken Burger, Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani, Butter Chicken with assorted breads, everything was just so amazing. We also tried other delicacies like Greek Salad, Penne Arrabiata, Fish n Chips along with fresh coconut water! Everything was just so flavourful and appetizing. The meal concluded with a refreshing fruit platter and ice cream.

One of the best dinner courses I've had in a long time. The dinner buffet had very diverse dishes that tasted excellent and looked as if it come from the best restaurants in the world. My waiters, Faii and Pam provided great service, asking me how I was doing very often and made me feel very comfortable in there. Overall, this is a restaurant I would recommend to anyone visiting Thailand. 10/10

Limited choices of food. Steak is HARD even though grilled in medium. Lobster is not fresh. A lot of flying insects around the food. Only the thai traditional dessert is good. Glad that there is 50% discount booked through certain app. Never return.

We had an excellent time dining here. We were served by Mr Prasan, who made sure we had the best time. Excellent service, very courteous and helpful. We had many specific dietary restrictions and Mr. Prasan was able to provide very tasty dishes that met all our requirements. Highly recommended!!

This is one of the best breakfasts I have ever had in a hotel. The choice of food is comprehensive. Western breakfast with eggs and cereals etc, Indian breakfast, Chinese Breakfast, Halal , vegetarian and of course Thai food. The individual sections are very well stocked and replenished immediately.
SB The floor manager and Aoh The Manager of The Restaurant run a very slick restaurant. They go out of their way to welcome me each morning and remember my name and what I like to have for breakfast and even bring a newspaper to my table. Every day I have been served by the wonderful Pat. Pat has a warm welcoming smile and is so passionate about her job, It is a pleasure to see someone loving what they do for work. The service from Pat is first class and she is always looking out to bring me a fresh coffee when I have finished the previous one. Nothing is too much for Pat and like the rest of the staff, Pat goes the extra mile to make the guests feel welcome and special.
This is 5 star food with 5 star service in a calm and peaceful atmosphere.

Breakfast at Amari Hotel Bangkok was a delightful experience with a wide variety of options, including both familiar favorites and international specialties like Indian, Thai, and Arabic dishes. The ambiance was sophisticated, creating a perfect setting for a leisurely morning meal, and the service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff ensuring a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend Amari Hotel Bangkok for anyone seeking a delicious and enjoyable breakfast in the heart of the city.

The Sailor's Seafood Dinner Buffet was amazing....the buffet includes a Boston lobster cooked to your choice which you can decide to exchange it for free flow beer (for 2 hours). Oysters lovers like me will feel pampered with the generous spread of fresh succulent oysters. I was especially impressed with the service provided by Liza and her team of dedicated staff who worked tirelessly with warm smiles on their faces. Thank you Liza and I hope to see you again on my next visit!

Price of 990++ baht per person, comes in small portions as it is fine dining. However, it is an a la carte buffet where you can order as much as you can for 1.5 hours. The atmosphere is spacious and fantastic and the service provided by our server Pooky and others were great. They were attentive and provided great service. The food were also nicely plated and tasted great.

The dining environment for breakfast on the 4th floor is quite elegant. There is no dish that you can’t imagine, and you can tell that the ingredients are quite fresh, and the dishes are rich and delicious. Especially the high-level professional service of Ms. A.E., who is proactive and enthusiastic, makes you feel comfortable. I feel honored!
