we stayed at hilton addis for two days and our stay was hilarious. I will appreciate all staffs working at kaffa house restaurant.their service is outstanding. I have never seen such a team work in any other restourant.many thanks all kaff house stafs. I randomly pick some names, the smiley face Redit kaffa receptionist,Liyu the chef who surprise us with her cake,managers and supervisers at kaffa,and all waiters many thanks to all of you good job. finaly I can mention also the room attendant selam appreciated!

Our family recently visited Addis for 12 days and stayed at Addis Hilton. The team at Kaffa House took care of us like we were family. My hats off to the team at Kaffa House, who attended to our endless breakfast requests. There were ample breakfast selections to meet all dietary requirements, as well as selections of local Ethiopian and European meals. The quality of their bread and pastry selection, all made on-premise, was outstanding.
I want to thank Tizita, Hailu, Aresema, Weyeneshit and Shumiet. They were all exceptional and embodied all aspects of Ethiopian hospitality!! It was the best way to start your day in Addis, fully nourished with a fantastic meal and hospitality.
To experience genuine Ethiopian hospitality, you must stay at Addis Hilton!!

Let me tell you something about this amazing Hilton! It's very beautiful and cozy for fun and relaxation. The breakfast was excellent and the team was spectacular 👌 Beza ,Kalkidan,Tizita,Hailu,Lidiya,Shumet,Eyerus and Abdisa make my dining experience sweet and unforgettable 😀 ❤️ they even remembered my departure and wish me safe travels. Love you all Hilton Addis Ababa team. I will miss you always and can't wait to come back soon 💓

The breakfast experience at Hilton Addis Ababa was outstanding. Alemayehu, Hirut, Beza, and Kalkidan, the F&B supervisor, provided exceptional service. They went above and beyond to cater to our family's needs, especially making sure our kids were well taken care of and had everything they needed. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made our mornings truly enjoyable. I highly recommend the breakfast at Hilton Addis Ababa for its excellent service and welcoming atmosphere.

The restaurant is amazing. Always feel like 5 star dining regardless of whether breakfast, lunch or dinner. The staff is amazing and always makes sure everyone is accomodated and satisfied.

We had a good visit at Hilton Addis. The breakfast was good and the service at breakfast was excellent with waiting staff Hailu, Elisabeth, & Shumet.
Sadly the pool was unavailable which was a bid disappointment to our kids.
