The Gazebo Restaurant at the Hilton Addis Ababa is ideally a chilled out outdoor poolside restaurant by the pool.
As you enter the place, a magnificent setting, a
delightful marriage of antique makuti huts, ambient lighting and the luxuries of modernity welcome you. Sitting in any table, you have a wonderful view of the
pool and the Gazebo bar & kitchen where you can see the Chef working.
The menu offers a wide variety of mouth-watering starters, main dishes with a mix of African and Ethiopian cuisine. For my first meal, I had the boneless barbecued chicken and vegetable rice with Napolitano sauce. They were exquisite. The meal was fresh, well presented, mouth-watering and the dishes had the warmth of homemade food. The chefs takes great care in selecting the best quality ingredients and the waiters are super friendly. I also enjoyed the Sunday Brunch over the weekend, very chilled out with variety of food and live band music, an experience which I would recommend to anyone in Addis from 12.00pm to 3.30pm every Sunday.
For my entire business trip, I can honestly say that I always had a pleasant dining experience every time I dined at the restaurant. Special shout out to Chef Leon for always checking in to to ensure I was enjoying my dining experience.
I will definitely be coming back again and again... 😊

The most popular area of the historic icon Hilton Addis Ababa is the Gazebo bar and restaurant where they have a great fire at night and an all day dining menu including an ice cream bar and live cooking, as well as live entertainment over weekends. The pizza cooked in a wood fired oven is a winner as well as the fresh salads. The Sunday brunch at Gazebo is something you cannot miss. Free flowing champagne and a buffet including local delicacies, fresh salads, shawarma, kebabs etc. This area always has a great atmosphere and is made even more enjoyable by the Champagne and live music at Sunday brunch. A special thank you to chef Leon, Vanessa and the restaurant team for such a great experience.

There’s a great variety of meals with a great mix of healthy and alcoholic options. The chef is very hands on and always checking in together with the staff to ensure that the guests are enjoying their meals. It was a great experience.

The place is very pretty outdoors in the hotel. However the service is so bad, we had to keep on asking the waiter so many times for things like salt. Food was mediocre and the bill surprising, it doesn’t included tax and it adds tip so expect 25% more than what you thought you were paying. Would not go back.

My family and I have been coming to Addis for years and always stay at the Hilton. We really enjoy the location and most importantly the warm and hospitable environment set by all that work at the hotel.
The restaurant has great food including traditional Ethiopian cuisines for breakfast. The crew in the restaurants are friendly professional and make you feel right at home.
Highly recommend adding the experience of the Hilton Hotel in Addis to anyone’s trip!

I am staying at Hilton for the last couple of weeks and every morning I go to the restaurant for breakfast. The breakfast option is amazing add to that freshly brewed Ethiopian coffee seals the deal. The Nile Perch is my favorite dish so far. What impress me is the most is the level of professionalism from all the staff. They are very welcoming and make me feel at home. The service is amazing it's way beyond my expectation.

Thoroughly enjoyed my meal at the gazebo restaurant. The food is INCREDIBLE, hats off to the chef(s). Portion sizes are generous so I truly felt great value for money which is always a bonus. Nothing like enjoying an excellent meal alongside the pool.

One of our favourite places for Sunday brunch.
Amazing food, service, and ambiance.
The service is one of a kind. The staff is attentive and friendly.
The variety of food is exceptional and the live music is soothing to the soul. Talk about the perfect Sunday brunch setting!

My parents brought me and my children to eat at this restaurant and swim in the pool. Not only was the restaurant so sophisticated and high class, but it also had a welcoming staff that wanted to make sure we felt the Ethiopian hospitality. Our waiter, Alemayehu T/Markos, was outstanding. He was patient with us and explained everything we needed to know. He was quick with our order, friendly, and excellent with my children. We came to visit from Florida, and this was my children’s first time traveling out of the United States. Alemayehu made such a lasting impression on us that I had to take a picture of his name tag and write this review. This restaurant is an excellent venue for anyone looking to have a great meal and drinks with friends and/ or family! We have been there twice and will return one more time before returning to the States. Job well done, Ethiopia! Gazebo Restaurant on the Park is a hit!

Very nice place with open area. The Chef is amazing, trying always to satisfy the requirements. You can enjoy domestic Ethiopian food and the same time to take something familiar - European kitchen as well. All the staff are very friendly with good English capabilities, so for sure you will have good time at Gazebo restaurant!

Absolutely amazing! The place is beautiful and staff are super friendly, the food is delicious. I love that you get a lot of food as well for the price. It’s definitely not like other expensive restaurants and you only get a small amount of food. I am definitely going back.

Behailu Gizaw at Gazebo - Restaurant on the Park provided an outstanding dining experience. From the warm hospitality to the exceptional food, everything surpassed expectations. Alem Ayeiluh, our outstanding waiter, provided impeccable service with their professionalism, attentiveness, and extensive menu knowledge. Hillton addis is the bast hotel in ethiopia i hve a good experience in thair specially in the pool thare is a nice pool and the gardens are tranquil and attractive . There are ample free parking quite close to the rooms food is rather good. My suggestion is to stick to things that are fresh (eg bowls salad pizza) and the staff on the pool area very frandly and specially a waiter called temesgen i have his phone ordering before we are thair i gave his phone to my frainds. Over all i gat a good expriance but adjust wifi to gat free.
