We are a very large family & the staff were very accommodating. We ordered the seafood platter & the tropical fruit drink. Honestly, the food was amazing. We had a mixture of lobster, crab & king prawns! There was so much that we struggled to...eat it all. They also have shesha for those who enjoy it. The views are amazing. Definitely child friendly & great value for money.More
We had the pleasure of eating here a few times while in Djibouti. The grilled fish was amazing 2 out of the 3 times. Very tender and flakey! Each dinner plate was enough for two women to split. The naan should not be passed up!...On a hot night, they do have some ice cream, which is difficult to find in Djibouti. They also have a special creamy juice drink that they are known for, but won't give out the ingredients.
The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is the last time we ate there the fish was not fresh and we had to send it back.More
They put three other guys in my room and served them food without serving me. No order was taken unless I stopped the waiter who was about to leave the room, and no food was served for me even though I was there before other...people came in. I was forced to leave the restaurant hungry after waiting long sitting next to other people eating. Do not go if you are a woman unless you want to waste time.More
It was a good expert to have dinner in such a place, they have a very nice view , surrounded by water in a tiny bay
I try shrimp with pasta it was delicious and spicy enough to blow your head
the staff speak fresh...Arabic and EnglishMore
We were recommended this restaurant because of it’s supposedly great seafood, view and ambience. We were very disappointed. The food was complicated and tasted ‘wrong’ as if the chef had got his spices mixed up. The restaurant is outside by the sea, but so dark...that even the waiters could not see where they were walking. The price of our meal was absolutely ridiculous and I certainly would
not recommend this restaurant.More
Restaurant Moonlight is a very nice restaurant. It is conveniently placed across from the old Port of Djibouti.
It would be hard to find a more romantic spot in Djibouti, surrounded by water, as it is.
The service and the food is great, I have...on several occasions enjoyed both steak, chicken and various salads and have never been let down by quality issues.
The price is fine.More
