At first we loved this place and its service, we were impressed that the staff really puts in an effort to remember your name. Going back the next day Karen treated us horribly, blaming us for not paying the day before and commanding payment, while...not wanting to explain anything or show any proof. The amount we supposedly owed didn't even match our order. We left feeling disgusted by her manipulating behaviour. This was the complete opposite of a nice customer experience, something you absolutely don't want to encounter during your holiday. I will never return and have found way better coffee on the island.More

We loved this place the first two times we visited - the third time - Karen - who had committed my name to memory early on - as soon as she saw us the 3rd time as we began to place our coffee order she...immediately commanded us to pay $16 which she stated we hadn't paid from yesterdays order. She gaslighted us by saying that her boss Mario had left a note saying WE had to pay $16 from the day before - our order from that day was actually $14! She showed us a piece of paper that just said 16 in handwriting. No receipt, no calm explanation, nothing. I returned to ask more information and she just brushed it aside. The whole thing seemed like a fast sleight of hand where she could get away with some extra cash in her pocket. We had been there for 30 minutes the day before and she said she couldn't find us. We had gotten our returning customer card stamped twice and she told us that we hadn't. Their way to service at the counter is to take your order and instantly take payment on the spot. No question about this as we watched it closely after being robbed. We felt manipulated and robbed on the spot. BEWARE!More

This place is hopping and worth the wait… staff is kind, and fun. Menu has lots of options for everyone! A place we will return!

I visited Ice and Beans while on a retreat in Cay Caulker. We had a pretty large party so we were able to pre-order our meals. The staff was great accommodating such a large party and was very friendly helping with last minute food changes...and add on’s. If your in Caye Caulker ICE and Beans is a place you must visit.More

I just wanted a quick refreshment when I arrived at Caye Caulker for the first time. I found this place and was happily provided with my requested smoothie. It was fresh, tasty and hit the spot! Our group of 12 went to Ice & Beans every morning we spent on Caye Caulker. Super friendly staff. Good food. The piping hot mini donuts were great but the best was the fresh squeezed OJ. You can't beat it.

This place is perfect. The atmosphere is adorable, and all the staff are so pleasant and nice. Typically when I go on a trip, I miss my coffee from the US but fortunately we found ice and beans and I got amazing coffee:) they’re water...front views are so lovely and there is always a breeze. Such friendly staff. Unique chocolate frappucinos - loved my ferrero rocher one. Tried the turkey bagel and the tuna melt bagel and both were exceptional - so tasty!! Lovely eating area on the beach too.
