Typical McDonald's

We needed something to eat after a long day in Disneyland. This is right across the street. At this time they only offer drive thru and to go. I had to order from a kiosk. The only interaction was with a staff member helping with the kiosk and the one that handed me my food. Overall we just needed something to eat after a long day of theme park action and this did the trick.

Fast food close to the Parks!

It's a McDonald's! Not my favorite place to eat but it's literally a six minute walk from the from gate of the parks. The staff was surprisingly pleasant and friendly. You order at kiosks and they bring your food to the table while you unwind. It wasn't crowded or noisy unlike the Disney quick service places. It gave us a nice break and was quite pleasant for a McDonalds.

A familiar place to tank up the kids with food I knew they would eat.

We walked past this McD's every day on our journey from the hotel to Disneyland. We ate at this McD's every day as well. After a full day at the park, we were able to top off the kids with some burgers and fries. The prices are a little higher than our local McDonald's, but compared to the prices in the park it is still a bargain. You order at the kiosks and the efficient staff calls your number when your order is ready. Wait times were relatively short.

Do NOT come to this horrible place!

I went to this place for lunch as I usually do, I got my regular order (Quarter Pounder with no onions, and pickles) and when I was at the register, one of the workers had a nasty attitude with me, I tried to be nice, but they were just rude. I brushed it off, and waited for my food, it took around 25 minutes for my food to come out, and when it did, it was freezing COLD! I then opened up my burger and found a few strains of hair in it, I then threw my food away, and I had completely lost my appetite, I WON'T be coming back to this place, not until they get new workers.

I was very glad this was on the same property as the Fairfield Inn by Marriott (hotel we stayed at), we arrived late after 10:00pm on the 4th of July and this was supper easy to get food from, as everything was being swarmed by the crowds from Disney. Again it came in handy on our last night, as we ran out of time on our day/evening at Disney and didn't have enough time to eat dinner at the park. Food was good, price was good, service was probably about as fast as could be with how busy this location is.

Bone in A BONELESS sandwich

I was recently In Anaheim CA @ this restaurant 6/14/2022. I bit into a Crispy Chicken Sandwich a Item on THEIR menu. I sit down with a friend inside the restaurant for lunch(A witness saw the whole thing) I bit into it, boom a Small and SHARP bone piece of a CHICKEN chips my tooth. I complained, the restaurant was absolutely great about handling this. Giving me a report o file. I get contacted by Corporate, hoping this was just about the report so I could get my Tooth fixed, they accused me of putting the piece in the sandwich. Very clear I didn't and I was sitting under security cams. I will absolutely not be eating at any McDonald's from here on after such disrespect.

Kindest staff I've ever met

I've never had such a good feeling leaving McDonald's. We had a bit of a hectic morning as a family and didn't make it to finally ordering until the breakfast orders had already closed. Thought we'd have to reorder with burgers and the kids were down but then the staff told us not to worry, went back in and made our entire breakfast order (it was a big one!) and even brought out extra food! They came out and talked to us to check that everything was good and just showed such kindness it made our day, Thank you, 1500 S Harbor Boulevard!!

Terrible. Always take forever to bring out food. If you’re coming through drive thru plan on waiting 20 minutes for medium fries. And they’ll ask you to pull over so it doesn’t mess with their average time.

Most efficient McDonalds EVER!

Virtually at the entrance to Disneyland!!! However, even though the location can be mighty busy, the staff and management keep this place running in a VERY efficient and orderly way. Clean, fast, friendly and magical service!

The food is what you expect just expect to pay as if you were buying food in Disney itself. Most expensive McD's I've been to. We were having full sit down meals at IHOP for literally a couple dollars difference.

I got a Big Mac, fries and a coke. They are all fine. The service was fairly fast. And the food was warm. McDonald’s has pretty low standards and this location met them.
