There was only one waitress for three rooms, very stressed and couldn't communicate in English, which was a pity since she was really trying hard to do her job. The food was very good, the mushroom soup in rye bread was fantastic. We ate up the bread, partly because it took ages before one main course came. The sausage baked in beer was also very good. Pity that the other main course, cepelinai, was forgotten (!).

Pros: delicious zeppelins, nice soup in bread, interesting place
Of the minuses: the menu does not correspond to what was stated, the ice cream is not made from beer, but as if it was just caramel from dark beer, they didn’t even offer to take it back, even when they said that the chocolate ice cream brought was not allowed. The declared dandelion wine was missing, when asked to bring a delicious WHITE SEMI-SWEET, they brought RED from six varieties of fruit in dirty glasses (they didn’t even think of offering to simply change it). A person who did not plan to drink had to drink as many as three glasses of wine. We don’t even mention the forgotten order, given the fact that there was little time for the restaurant.
If you have time and just a desire to eat something from the menu, then the dishes are quite worthy.

I've read recommendations about this place. First impression wasn't that attractive, place was empty and older man sat outside saying nothing...and he was a waiter, I found out 10 seconds later. But after that everything went great. Little terrace in courtyard, friendly young waitress and real authentic, tasty food(check my pics). My Cepelinai a.k.a. big meat filled potato dumplings were real good. Prices were reasonable and they had all kinds of local beers and wines too

Waitress did many mistakes and her service was rude!
Waitress speaks very bad english and she brought me 600g of pork when I ordered only 100gs. She also thought that she mentioned that 600gs is minimum (how that 600g could be minimum when in menu there is price for 100g? No 600g mentioned in menu. Only that 4euros/100g).. but our group didnt hear her mentioning that. She didnt accept her mistake.
Luckily, there was another employee, probably boss of the restaurant, who offered me a compromise that I accepted, 300gs of pork (not 600g that waitress brought me) with decreased price because of the mistake. It was still 2 times higher price than what was my intention (and 3x of size)
Another waitress' mistake: We also ordered "soup of the day" and waitress mentioned that today it should be hot vegetable soup but then when it was brought to the table it was cold mushroom soup where was dairy used, and in menu it was no dairy mentioned (generally in meny they mention if dairy used), this was for my partner who are not able to eat dairy.
Overally food is OK good and price is normal for that area (expensive compared to what you get if you walk 500metres+ away from centre). I could have given 3 stars but because of bad service, I give only 2 stars. Ok compromise saved them from 1 star.

Was greeted by a surly waitress and served home-brewed non-carbonated beer and overcooked and chewy lamb chops. Plus for extra proteins with small flies in beer and wine. Tasteless chicken and perfectly fine spareribs.

Recommended by the Mondadori Guide we walked a bit to reach the restaurant. Very central.
Few tables outside but without much air, the inside without air conditioning was impossible, negative first approach. The boys, who took the lead, were inexperienced, the second negative point. After various problems ordering, it seems that you had to wait at least 40 minutes to cook meat, we concluded the requests. Bottom line, two warm beers arrive, poorly prepared dishes, and moreover consumed in the dark since the boys were unable to turn on the lights. Positive note is that we didn't pay much... maybe it was better to pay a little more and have a decent dinner.

This was a nice, casual dinner in Vilnius. We got the dumplings, rabbit, and cod with hazelnuts - which was more than enough food for two! But I was a bit surprised to learn that they only had three out of the eight beers on the menu available when we visited. I enjoyed the beer I got, but it was odd to learn that so many were out...

Tried a few of the beers and had a couple of really bad ones. The soup in the bread roll was small and had some very fatty meat snacks that had virtually no meat on them! Had much better meals elsewhere so this was a bit of a disappointment for our last lunch.

Went here with 3 friends last weekend (we were part of a larger hiking group). We had already eaten and decided to come here for an after dinner beer. We went up to the bar and asked what beer they had. The barman (huge intimidating guy) clearly did not want us there (4 middle aged British women). He told us there were only 4 beers and they were closing soon (it turned out that were closing just over an hour later. How long does it take to drink a beer?). Throughout our interaction with the barman, he was very abrupt and spoke down to us (we also overheard him treating a solo British guy the same way but speaking in a more friendly way to the locals so clearly doesn't like Brits or tourists!). Beer was great, but didn't pour us full pints. His attitude totally put a damper on our stay there and we couldn't wait to leave!

Great local food! I had a chicken horseradish dish for the main that was amazing! Also the beans as an appetizer was great. I asked for a side of bread with them that complimented the texture. Had an apple pie that was also great. No complaints!

Do not recommend. Bad service and frozen (uneatable), bad food.
As a local frok Vilnius, who lives now abroad, I visited this place to my great disapointment. It is hard to find a worse place in the city. Our simple order took more than 1 hour to prepare, payment and orderinf system was down , we were not informed. But the saddest was the food - simply too bad to be true. 2 stars (1 star i would give if the place was unsafe)

The food was not really what I expected it to be. I order lamb but it revealed to be bony and there was a lot of fat in it. There was not much to eat. There was some fries in the meal buy there was no salt in them. Waiter was wearing tracksuit and did not look like they were working at that moment. The experience was disappointing and I would not recommend it

This restaurant was a real find. We went for a meal there on the first night, and went back the following night! Lovely, delicious food, and good-sized portions, and a good beer selection to go with it. Recommended.

This place is located in the Jewish quarter of Vilnius in a charming winding street. It was spacious and comfortable. We had some nice beers and a plate of snacks to go with it. Add it to your Vilnius pub crawl

Beer garden is nice, weiss beer is awful…. Food - pigs ears, chicken wings and dumplings are below average….house wine is ok….service was good. There are better places….
