Not disappointed with the place it's self, but it was shut when we were there, and I'd heard such great things about it. I so wanted to visit, so was really disappointed when we couldn't get in. I couldn't see anything, anywhere saying that it...More

We visited Citadella last weekend. View from Citadella hill is amazing. But nothing more to do there. There were few market stalls. But beware! You will be confronted by a man trying to make you play the shell game! And of course - you will...More

The climb to the top of the Citadella is tough, especially if you are not used to physcial activity. But the views at the top more than make up for the same. I would suggest going late in the evening as the same allows one...More

We visited at night time and although the views up there are AMAZING we didn't feel safe walking up. The trail was poorly lit and felt unsafe during the evening. The views are really great - you see all of the city lit up including...More

We climbed up to the citadella just before sunset and were rewarded with outstanding views of the city and a lovely pink sky. Worth it! Take water and sensible shoes as it’s quite a climb! We went at 1900 and it was still 33 degrees...More

The main thing that stood out was the view. The trip to citadella is worth it just to experience the view. It is unreal! If you’re travelling in the winter, be prepared to embrace the cold as it gets extremely cold at the top.
