Food, service, and all-around experience was mind-blowing. Visited for a 10 year wedding anniversary and was blown away by the attention to detail that went into everything. As a couple, we were miles out of our depth, haha, but treated amazingly well and food was...out of this world. Worth every penny.More

There is nothing to say about this restaurant other than it is truly marvellous. The minute you walk through the door you know you’ve arrived for a gastronomic delight. Chefs are visible and if you are eating a dish that they’ve created then they serve...it and explain everything about it. There wasn’t anything that I could fault from management, waiting staff and sommeliersMore

The restaurant itself is immaculate. It's in a very historical area and quite small so ensure you have a reservation early on. They accept reservations 90 days before the day of your visit. The food itself was incredible and of course the presentation was 5...star! Always a pleasant surprise of anticipating what the next course will look like. The ambience is nice and it's quite a busy restaurant that attends to your needs. The only reason i went with 4 and not 5, is I felt somewhat met with a combative attitude to certain things and a need to prove that i was in the wrong for somethings. Customer is not always right, and I felt that they went out of their way to prove me wrong instead of being more welcoming. Definitely worth checking out.More

We often eat in Michelin restaurants and this was our favorite! Everything was perfect, the show, the artistic, the service! They should have 3 stars and all the chefs and waiters were so nice! Thank you for this perfect moment!

This was a wonderful meal with wine pairing. Very good value for what we paid. The food was so amazing. The wine is some of the best I’ve had to date. They even served us wine from a bottle where the bottles were numbered and...only 300 ever made. The silverware, plates, fork rests, centerpieces, and everything else was all special and carefully planned to the highest extent of which you can plan for something.More

Bottiglieria has a talented team in the kitchen and a good front of house team as well. This was our second meal here and we enjoyed the tasting menu in a different season which obviously meant different seasonal produce incorporated into a whole variety of...dishes. Of particular note was the dessert which is often an overlooked or unnecessarily overintellectualised part of a tasting menu (think "savoury" desserts which challenge rather than delight). Here it was a contemporary take a on a classic millefeuille and it was delicious. This restaurant offers great value for the care and attention that the kitchen put into their cuisine - highly recommended.More

Simply superb. The menu was very well themed on polish dishes but elevated to the highest standards. Service was sublime, attentive professional and very much fun. The wine paring was exceptional dish by dish. The 1 star does not do this team justice. Good luck...in upcoming review!!!More

Tucked away near the river in Kraków is this gem of deliciousness. A warm welcome and a table in close proximity to the calm and skilled kitchen team immediately gave me the impression we were in for a treat, and I wasn't wrong. We opted...for the shorter tasting menu with the addition of cheese. Apparently the food is traditional Polish with a sophisticated twist- it was tasty and textured. My particular favourites were the Żurek and the enigmatically named 'fish and peas'.More

What an experience ! Went there with my Boyfriend and had the 7 course dinner with a non alcoholic drink menu while my Boyfriend took the alcoholic wine menu. Amazing service from start ! Well greeted at the door, happy and attentive staff. The waiter,...waitress and head waiter, we felt like we were well taken care. Many surprises during the dinner, amazing taste and they very much made it an amazing experience. A very well and commited and engaged waiter while introducing wines. I also loved the part where the chefs came out and introduced and served the food by the table. Definietly coming back 🥂More

Our first 'michelin star' experience. We enjoyed the night and would recommend it. We spent 3 hours and £400 here, 2 people. That was half on food and half on drinks/service. And the service was good, attentive but never overbearing. Lovely room. The small portions...of food were interesting or entertaining and, for one serving (a bit of boiled carrot in a small pot of gravy) hilarious. The food was often very delicate in flavour and perhaps a little too so, or maybe I have an unsophisticated palate that's been ruined by too many curries. Neither of us particularly rated the food, it was alright. We had the full spring menu and did not leave hungry. Overall, we loved it. 2 bottles of red wine helped with that. If you can afford to blow a fair amount of cash on an extravagant and little-bit-silly night out, do it. Just don't expect the food to be great.More

We wanted to book a place to eat here one month ago. There was nothing available for any of the days so we put ourselves on the waiting list. We contacted the hotel on its email quite a few times about the chances of an...availability and they only answered once saying that they don't know but they might have. Anyway, nearer to the day we emailed them again, and of course they didn't reply. On the day before the date we wanted the reservation, they tried to contact us during early afternoon, while we were on a flight, once and as we were flying our phone was off the network. When we arrived we tried to call, but the answering machine was telling us to contact them through email (again) as they don't answer calls after 4pm. We emailed them 2 times telling them that the time they allocated us (5pm) was too near some other visit we had in the salt mine and that we would like to ask them if it was ok to wait for us as we didn't know if the tour was to take more time than it would for us to be able to reach their restaurnant from the salt mine. Of course again in the salt mine we didn't have signal to call them. When we finished and we saw that they didn't reply to our two emails, which were a reply of their email telling us that there was an availability at 5pm, we decided to go there to see if we had a table. The reception guy was very rude, he didn't even let me inside the restaurant and he came outside to tell me, that they gave the places to someone else cause we didn't reply. He gave me the excuse that he didn't had my replies and so i showed him my emails. He said he never received them, but then again, he didn't answer to the previous times i asked him. Obviously he couldn't be bothered cause his restaurant was fully booked. His attitude showed everything. If michelin guide cares about the service in the restaurants they recommend surly this one must be bottom rating. Instead of them we visited another place that was recommended on the michelin guide and we had a wonderful time. If snobbism is what they sell, surely they have 3 michelin stars. If they are in the service industry, on service they get minus 3 stars.More
