Really awful service. Not enough staff or poorly trained. Cold coffee. Waited half an hour for pancakes. No other customers were waiting. Inaccurate prices outside. Food/drinks dumped on counter and left. The Fawlty Towers of Pancake Shops.

We decided to walk Krakow visiting Museums. This Pancake House is directly opposite the Galicia Jewish Museum near the river. It has a beautiful atmosphere with friendly staff. Tried to order a stack of 3 pancakes, instead of 5. Said I would pay the same as a normal 5 stack, I just dont like wasting food and my limit is 3. I needed to have the maple syrup on the side, because I...have diabetes 2, and then I can have a little, but not unlimited. Which makes it kind of essential that I get to put syrup on myself (there just are no zero sugar alternatives at this place). We waited an hour or so, the personell excused themselves that they had so many take away orders, I said they could still make my stack just 3, not 5. That way they might make it faster. But this seemed a total impossible task. When I finally got my stack they served it with the maple syrup poured over it, not on the side as I specified. But who had another hour to wait for another stack... I took off 2 and started eating the rest. Forget fluff, this was like eating raw dough, probably the most miserable sad pancakes I ever had. I dont much appreciate not getting any special demands respected, especially when it honestly would not cost them anything. Most likely it would save them a zloty or two. I probably wont ever go back.More

Very tasty pancakes and such a cute place to eat. The girls there were very polite and helped us to choose our plates . Very nice espresso also

It was looking good at first when plates were brought by the waitress and touched our table... With the first bite pancakes tasted like a disappointment. Unfortunately, we were too hungry and ate half of it anyways, so later on those pancakes brought to us...a stomach pain as well. Raw and tasteless, they were as a cruel joke after our long journey. The food is gaod, but service is lenghty. You order the food which consists of 2 crapes and 2 hot beverages and we had to wait 30 minutes. At 11 am there were just 5 other customers in the restaurant. Seems the lady is by...herself, taking orderes, cooking and collecting dishes. In general to spend 45 min for small breakfast is way too long.More

We had the stacked pancakes and it was very nice however it was sickly after eating half of it and we were unable to finish them due to being a large portion. The decoration and venue was nice, spacious and very clean. Good menu choice...but the music was a bit annoying.More

So so so tasty. We had two types of pancakes and they were delicious, not to sweet, just perfect and fluffy. Big portions. Great leaf tea is a nice touch to sweet pancakes.

I love this place, they have a good menu so you have a varied choice of pancakes. Good food and great service too.

This is so far the best pancakes I have ever tried in Europe. They made their own apple sauce, I believe it is freshly prepared, it has a perfect balance of the sourness and sweetness. And the pancakes are so fluffy, I feel like eating...clouds. The staff are friendly and nice, and they maintain the shop in a decent way. I love the atmosphere, it is so relaxing and comfortable. I would definitely visit again.More

Had excellent great value food and drinks here. The American pancakes were amazing had the mr Bekon, the mulled beer was also excellent and the ambience was relaxed and cosy

I seen this place on Instagram and decided to walk the 30mins from our with my wife which was well worth ever step. The selection is amazing sweet or savory, the price is very reasonable. Best pancakes ever!
