We had pretty high expectations going in to dinner here. The reviews all spoke highly of George but we were dubious. A good steak can be found in most large European cities but a great steak is another matter entirely. George Prime Steak surely delivered....More

Over the top service...Excellent special occasion spot..so close to old towne...we were pleasantly surprised at how good everything was...Lovely relaxing evening...But be prepared...It IS pricey! But isn't that why we go on vacation in the first place?

We had an excellent Christmas Eve dinner here this evening. Somewhat surprised as the place was rather empty and it came so highly reviewed. Everyone enjoyed their meal. As noted by others, somewhat expensive. About US$275 for four of us -- entree, side dish, dessert...More

The bar was splendid and chic. Pop in and say hello to Katrina the gracious receptionist. She will make you feel like you are the most valued guest in prague. The food is top notch American flare so if you have had enough goulash come...More

Excellent steak we had, may pushy for side dishes and wine, but we knew were we came for. Good service. The bill would be high, we knew. But still, 10000 for 6 persons is really on the edge for a soup and a steak one...More

I was with some business parterns at this place and I start the review with what is important – the beef. They have different beefs, all imported from US and they claim all grown up without antibiotics etc. I had a „inbone rib-eye“ and ......More

Visited the George based on TA reviews. Popped in first night and the restaurant was fully booked. Fair enough so reservation made for the following evening. Restaurant was full again, but only because 70% of the restaurant room was booked out to a corporate party....More

Good old tripadvisor! When faced with an overwhelming number of restaurants in a new city I always rely on tripadvisor to help me out. George's was recommended by others and it certainly did not disappoint. It has a lovely ambiance to it, all in low...More

Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the
medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is
bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický
square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle
in the background, is probably the most beautiful
