The Green Stove Cafe is a classic cafe/pub. If we lived in Prague this would be our regular place! The beer was fantastic and the charcuterie board of Czech meats and cheese was delicious! We wish we had more time to hang out! Perfect for...More

This charming little Café can be found beside the street running uphill from below Prague castle and the Strahovsky monastery. The patron is very friendly, speaks excellent English and offers good food and beverage at reasonable prices. Definitively no tourist trap!

I love walking a little further from the crowds and finding a quiet cafe just like this one. Fresh Czech desserts and coffee. Relaxing music and hardly anyone here. It's a great stop to get out of the heat and not feel like you are...More

A brilliant place a stone's throw down the hill from the castle. Despite being in a really touristy area, the price, the welcome and the general atmosphere didn't feel like it was trying to cash in on tourists in the slightest. Really liked the main...More
