Well, while we understand that this is an IRISH place, BUT: Must that automatically mean presence of drunk, loud and agressive people?!! Maybe we just had a bad luck but this simply does not make any good reputation nor to this place neither to Ireland...itself!!!More

Rocky O'Reilly's on Štépànská is located in Nové Město and was without doubt one of the busiest Irish pubs we visited on our ten day trip to Prague.Located in an area that has lot's of pubs/bars and restaurants'this fantastic Irish pub was established in 2001...and was one of the first Irish pubs we went to many years ago. The pub itself has an Irish themed look and feel with many interesting features relating to Ireland and superb seating option's and when we went to here this pub was as busy as a pub can be but surprisingly we where served in next to no time.On our visit it was busy at the bar but we managed to have a few pints of local Czech beers which where perfectly served and were well priced. This is a superb Irish pub in a brilliant area of the new town that offers good food and well priced drinks and is extremely lively on weekend's or when showing live sport.Very easy to find from Vodìčkova tram stop its a short walk. (This is my first review of Rocky O'Reilly's). Opening Hours. Monday-Thursday-10.00-01.00. Friday-Saturday-10.00-02.00. Sunday-10.00-01.00. Public Transport. Tram Stop. Don't expect fine dining or luxury drinks, but this place is a lot of fun. We came here 3 nights in a row! The staff (particularly Marianna) are brilliant and the food and drinks are great. The karaoke nightly is brilliant, everyone really gets into...it and it's like having a free show with your drinks. It got a bit "stag-do" heavy on Saturday but after a while they leave to go clubbing and it gets a bit more manageable. Great fun.More

Not impressed at all.service wasn't great at all.they should try cracking a smile now and again.my wife had irish stew which was basically a bowl of gravy with a couple of bits of meat swimming in it.and one slice of bread! My vegetarian burger was...the smallest I've ever had, salad was minimal and the accompanying chips were cheap oven chips ( hard and overcooked) My wife had a glass of rose wine which was OK.i had a pint of magners cider which was presented to me in a plain pint tumbler that had seen better days which turned the cider flat as quick as it was poured.very poor experience.we visited this pub in 2015 at the same time of year and it was a warm friendly welcoming place with good food, good drink and nice staff.shame, but will never return there.More

Wow what a find, the food was good we ordered a basket meal which was enough for two, we also had breakfast in there on another day, this too was plentiful and cooked well. The staff were brilliant ensuring the tables were cleared and ensuring...your thirst was always quenched, they just knew when you would need another drink, the champions league games were shown and my OH request for a specific game was granted. We will be back and would recommend this bar to anyone visiting Prague.More

I was tired and didn't feel like going far as I was returning to the states the next morning. This place was across the street and one block down from my hotel so I decided to check it out. There are two separate entrances to...this place. On one side they were showing exclusively European football, and on the other side was an American football game being played in Germany. It was seat yourself and there was no wait staff at the time I visited. I gave my drink and food order to the bartender, who said he would bring it out to my table when it was ready. I had the rib fest. The ribs were tender and the onion rings were very flavorful. I thought the price was quite reasonable compared to other places in Prague where I had eaten. If I were ever to be back in Prague again, I would definitely go back as I left before the karaoke got started.More
