I had a mixed experience here. We were here twice. The first time as a trip treat and the second to try the cakes. Coffee is good, the brandy as well. Cake is average though, but accomplished its mission. The place is breathtaking and the...More

Overpriced food, with a horrible customer service! We were ignored by the entrance, when we finally found a table a woman rushed to us ,,sorry all this is reserved, you cannot sit here." and left!! What a splendid behavior in such a remarkable place! Take...More

This is a very (old fashioned) stylish place to sit and drink, and eat cake There were a few traditional Czech dishes on the menu at reasonable prices, but nothing Gluten free that I wanted (I cam back a second time to arrange a meal...More

An absolutely splendid Art Nouveau cafe. A different feel from the equally outstanding Cafe Lanterna. The prices are not out of line for the quality of the experience.

It's in the municipality house, which is a historical building. The cafe is nice, not cheap though I thin compared to Czech standard. A small beer is like $3

It looks like the restaurant is owned by a government body. There is no welcome and no will to host guests at ease. It is a shame because the decor in the hall is beautiful. The food is not bad at all, the desserts trolley...More

This is typical tourist trap. Food was OK but nothing outstanding. Coffee/capucino (Alfredo) tasted bad. Place is really overpriced, 830 CZK for breakfast for 2 is too much compared to what was brought to the table.

Sat outside and people watched while we waited for our food, which didn't take long. Again I had the pig, so tender and tasty - a special it seems in Prague. Reasonably priced and nicely presented.

We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch in the beautiful dining room. Our server was professional and friendly. My husband and I shared the cold fish sampler that included salmon, trout, shrimp, herring on a bed of fresh greens with red onion, olives and capers. The serving...More

Swearing in Czech, believing the customers do not understand? WRONG! We were coming as a family in a beautiful morning and the staff came, pointing at the menu: "in the menu" when I asked to order. Then I asked if I could have a drinking...More

Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the
medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is
bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický
square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle
in the background, is probably the most beautiful
square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere
of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and
squares, and stone towers blend together with the
