About
Living the Green Life! Daluyon Beach and Mountain Resort is an eco-friendly 4-star tropical destination that is located at the quiet sandy beach of Sabang cove, just a few minutes walk to the jump-off point of the Underground River. This resort in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, Philippines, which is accredited by the Asean Green Hotel, is also a winner of the TripAdvisor's Hall of Fame Award and Certificate of Excellence for six consecutive years. It offers an enviable location with the comfort of home in a place embraced by the bounties and beauty of nature. Wake up to the sound of waves lapping against the shore in your luxurious beachfront sea view room or suite. Each comes with a spacious veranda and contemporary comforts such as LED TV with satellite channels, DVD player and complimentary DVDs, in-room coffee and tea, and a fully stocked mini-bar. The biggest suite, Three Bedroom Daluyon Suite, even has its own swimming pool. Our resort has a total of only 27 lodgings that easily fill up because of client patronage. All accommodations have sufficient space for 4 to 9 guests. We've also made sure that you'll enjoy the beach by providing sundecks, volleyball, badminton, and other non-motorized equipment like kayaks, body boards, skim boards, and stand-up paddle boards (SUP). Our resort also houses Pawikan Restaurant, serving delicious Filipino and Asian and International cuisines. Moreover, if you wish to see beyond the shore, our dedicated staff will assist you in arranging city and underground river tours. Travelers who love adventure are also in a treat as our resort is a walking distance to the Sabang wharf, ZipLine, Mangrove and Waterfalls. Truly, the services and facilities offered at Daluyon Beach and Mountain Resort will make your honeymoon, family getaway, or company outing one for the books.

We spent most of our time in Sabang at the Daluyon resort, so the in house restaurant was a natural choice, but that undersells the dining experience to only say that it's close and convenient. This restaurant ended up being our goto for most meals and in our four night stay, we had plentiful choice and always felt satisfied. Floor staff are attentive and welcoming with good suggestions, the ambience is calm and pleasant with onsight live musicians playing piano, jazz. Prices are reasonable too. Highlights include the tofu sisig, pork bicol express, bulalo steak, chipati with eggplant, and desserts including turon with ube ice cream and Biko with mango. Really recommend coming here no matter where you choose to stay.

Vibrant and classy ambiance. We were the only guests around past 7:30pm. We were greeted with a smile, Edward took care of us. He was very friendly and explained the menu very well. Kaldereta Tortilla - very flavorful! Tuna Inasal - explosion of flavor, fresh! Grilled Prawns in Honey-Calamansi glaze is also good (just pricey for it’s serving). Churros for dessert - crunchy, freshly made, great way to end the meal! #SiJhen

For the price of our meals ($48 for two people including one alcoholic drink) the food was barely average. The one meal was basically a rice bowl with mediocre beef and flavor. The other was a pork dish with good flavor but incredibly fatty pork and a good portion of it went to the one of the street dogs who knew how to look cute enough to get fed next to our table. He seemed to like it better than we did. I think he would have given it four stars.

We stayed two nights at the hotel. The food varied from super (lunch) to variable (sushi dish for dinner was not good). See also review of hotel.

We love the resort, especially since they are very eco-conscious. However, for being environmentally friendly, we expected more vegetarian and vegan options at Pawikan, their dining facility. They are a little lacking in the vegan options. We let them know ahead of time before our arrival, and while they are very accommodating of our vegan diet, the price is still a little on the high end. We tried other dining areas a short walk from the resort, and were able to find really good vegan food at a lower cost. This dining facility can learn some lessons from those places on how to offer great healthy vegan food at a good price to keep their guests dining at their facility. The servers at Pawikan were wonderful - very polite and friendly.

The restaurant is placed in the Daluyon Beach and Mountain Resort. The staff was very friendly. We go for dinner and it was very good and tasty with a large selection of dishes. The price was reasonable. We enjoyed our meal and highly recommend it for either lunch.

Very attentive wait staff, I did not even have to ask for them to know what I needed. The breakfast buffet was something I always looked forward to.

Meal was delicious. We were not actually checked-in at the Daluyon Hotel; but, we just walked looking for a good restaurant. Service was also excellent. We even got to chat with the Hotel's GM. Thank you Sir, you were very accommodating.

We had our accommodation in one of the beautiful cottage in Daluyon Beach and Mountain Resort and one night we decided to have our dinner at the Resort's restaurant, the Pawikan. The service is fantastic, waiters are really kind and do their best to help you, the place is awesome and the food so tasty, especially the crispy squid and the Daluyon cake! Obviously it's not cheap, compared to other restaurants you could find in this area, but if you are looking for a special dinner, this is your place!

This restaurant is in the Daluyon Beach resort. Some of the food we had was good but other dishes not so good. Had a very nice lunch after trip to the UG River when we ate Catch of the Day (Mackerel I think). would recommend mashed potato over rice which wasn’t great. Evening meal wasn’t great particularly a truffled chicken which a) didn’t taste of truffle and b) was extremely dry. There is not much competition in this place though so it’s one of 5he better options. Prices are very high for this part of the world 5hough and found it hard to justify based upon standard of food. Also very odd selection of wines. Quite good wine but very limited selection and again v expensive
