We had a couple of generous pizzas which were exceptional. Mine was the beef carpaccio on a decent gluten free base. The setting is a lovely cool tropical garden with a friendly laid back vibe. A great escape from the heat and hordes.
We were recommended this Pizza restaurant, it being a wood fired pizza place. We ordered our pizzas, mine a Ham and Pineapple, my husband a parma ham, caramalized onion& buffalo mozzarella. They were very tasty but they could have been more generous with the toppings....More
Lovely pizza, salad and beer battered chips enjoyed by all delicious, not sure why someone had written worst pizzas ever. Best chips and pizza we’d had for a while, all in a very beautiful setting. Well done.

We checked with the restaurant in the early afternoon regarding dining there and were told we could not make reservations....so far ok.
We visited their website and decided we'd like the "Big Salad"....still ok.
We got there, found a spot to sit....still ok

Great to find a restaurant with a difference. We had the pizzas which were great. When we advised them one of our party was gluten intolerant they were very careful to establish the degree of intolerance and provide the pizza Base required.

Staying in Russell, a lot of the options felt - well a little stuffy, so we came to Hone's as it had a different vibe, and stumbled across it as you can access it from the waterfront down this small alleyway. Alot of the area...More
