By far the best bakery on the South Island. Great, fresh European style bread. Been there hundreds of times. Never disappionted.

We purchased a pie and it was pleasing and hearty. Would recommend for sure if you love pies. Next door has ice cream too and they compliment each other.
Honestly best pie I have ever eaten. Very small place, no coffee etc. Just excellent pies and pastries. Good takeaway coffee two doors down.
We stopped and tried a green curry pie. Pastry was light and flakey and the filling was delicious! Sit on the bench outside and enjoy your pie!

Great for a quick lunch option when you forget to bring your sandwiches, but also covers your weekly bread purchases. I can recommend (well, everything) the pies, speculaas, croissants, danish pastries, almond croissants... and all of the bread loaves are AMAZING <3
We had a cinnamon role and a croissant with custard. Tasty stuff, friendly staff. Nothing more and nothing less.

We had their steak and mushroom, bacon and egg and potato, leek and broccoli pies and date scone. The date scone was packed with dates and was delicious.. so were their pies. Very tasty fillings and lots of it.
