Cold day in Bendigo, I’m glad we booked a table for our lunch as the pub was very cosy and busy . We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch of roast lamb and vegetables and eye fillet and salad. We always eat here when we are in...Bendigo. Thanks guys, you do a good job!More

Pleasant & cozy inside, good service from Bar staff, food (Arancini balls 4/5 & Pumpkin cannelloni 3/5) whilst standing at the bar ordering drinks i had a full view of the kitchen, chef wearing a black jacket that was absolutely filthy, i won't go back...here again. I mentioned to staff who retorted "chef has been working all day".More

Very pleasant experience, old school pub, warm cosy atmosphere, lovely service - very friendly. Large meals, we had the crumbed lamb cutlets and the pie of the day, both delicious! Definitely come back again.

Unlike most country pubs that have decided to go big city trendy and lose their charm, Boundary Hotel stays true to itself. The decor is modern but the exposed brick and warmth inside make it feel like home. Staff are friendly and the meals are...big and really tasty. I had the special of the day, pepper and steak pie on a bed of peas with mash potato. It was full of flavour and reasonably priced. My daughter was with me and both agreed we’ll be coming back. Highly recommended.More

We dined here Friday night to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, we were a group of 6. Queue to order was long but seemed to move quickly enough. We didn’t seem to wait too long for our meals to arrive but when they did we only...received 5 of the 6 meals ordered. Half way through eating my husband told wait staff that our daughter was still waiting for her gnocchi to arrive. They said it wouldn’t be long, waited another 5 mins. No apologies given at all. The gnocchi was undercooked. They had 20 mins to cook the meal. Extremely disappointed as it’s her local pub and we were excited to visit as ppl seem to rave about the place. I had the salmon and the skin was far from crispy. We won’t be back, we’ll try the pub on view street insteadMore

No, the Old Boundary Hotel is an old time pub serving good food. The hotel is situated in the older area of Bendigo and it is great to walk around and have a look at the beautiful homes which were built during the gold rush... More
