We were greeted by a cheerful young lady who was very keen to assist us. The atmosphere was very eclectic and the background music at a level to enable conversation.
We had “Spice it up” - a scrumptious chicken sandwich and “Southern Spiced Chicken” -...also a delicious dish for a light lunch.
Latte was perfect
Juices were great
Definitely going back to try other menu items.More
Fantastic!! We had a delicious lunch here today and everything was delightful...the staff, the food and the funny quotes around the cafe. We immediately felt so comfortable here, the owners have definitely created a relaxed, community vibe to the place. The bookshelf was fabulous...what a...great idea to have a book swap section. I am vegan and have not had huge success with delicious food in the outback (I didn’t expect to, either!) but I was excited to find this cafe. Thanks guys, it was a real treat!!More
Great place..such a diverse exciting menu. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, and lots of very interesting option. The coffee is great and the staff are so so friendly.I had the Brocc On, spinach with brocolini and avocado salad on grilled pumpkin bread and two poached eggs. Heaven....Highly recommend.More
Have visited this lovely cafe every time we are in Mt Isa, its the best coffee we have had on the road a great selection of cakes including Gluten free and vegan options #
Staff extremely friendly and helpful
Oh. My. God.
Dropped in by chance yesterday for coffee and cake and were blown away by both. The cakes, which are made on site, are to die for, and the coffee wouldn’t be out of place in Melbourne.
Came back today for breakfast and...had another ‘wow’ experience. My ‘lover of the big breakfast’ declared “this has everything a bloke could want, except a fishing rod.”
I had the totally delicious Trine’s Treat and almost wept it was sooooo good.
It’s absolutely the best thing about Mt Isa, and if we could take this cafe on our travels with us we absolutely would.More
This is a wonderful all day welcoming breakfast property. The staff went out of their way to ensure if you returned to Mt Isa this is where you would come for a coffee. We were away from Melbourne for 4 weeks and this was the...best coffee we enjoyed during that time. The "Bloody Good Bircher" is just that. Don't miss this terrific little place in Camooweal Street if you enjoy lovely coffee. It is a supportive local business and most of the meals and food are prepared on the premises. Parking was immediately in the street out the front.More
