Our experience was horrible!!!. We did take away from this place and one of the dishes came with rotten food (see photo). We went to return it and they refused to give us our money back ($20). They offered to prepare a new meal but...why would we want to eat from there after knowing they use rotten food? Disgusting! The person who refused to give us our money back told us that the owner would call us...well, it never happened! We literally put $20 in the bin!More

Rey busy but staff welcoming and a table was cleared for us. Large menu couldn’t decide between the Cheeseburger and the Canadian Salmon. Asked if the salmon could be had without avocado as I am allergic and was told best to avoid it. Just wish...perhaps could have checked with chef. So went with the cheeseburger. Pretty ordinary. Plain old bun not toasted, no butter cold cheese slice of tomato and lettuce. After having a proper American Cheeseburger this was way off base. Chips are good. My Mojito was awesome though. Hubby had tempura fish chips and slaw. Said it was quite good. Churros for shared dessert. Hardly any chocolate sauce for six churros. Pretty dry. Atmosphere was good staff happy but under the pump. Will try again but not for a burger especially at the price.More

My husband and I had the rib tower. Everything was great. The service was quick and the team very friendly. Food was amazing.

I felt bad as the staff were overwhelmed even though the restaurant was only half full. It appeared there was not an effective system in place to have a smooth flow of customers in and out. It took almost an hour to get our food...order in, and then forgot the appetizer so had it after our mains. The food was pub food, and the cocktails about the same, not bad at all, but about as expected. The best thing was the light features in the main dining room, very cool.More

Really poor...Had around 6 staff working and 5 seemed to be in training (almost their first shift?). Wait staff mostly ignoring customers, no follow up to see if we are ok (more drinks?) and we had to walk up to counter to ask for our...order to be taken. Food average also, but that's the least of their problems (need good staff!). Final note, where is the owner/boss? Felt like a rudderless ship.More

Had heard mixed reviews for this restaurant but have had two meals there in the past month and all meals were very good, good service etc. The canadian salmon was very nice and cooked very well. Would recommend.

Ordered the ribs & steak. The ribs were lovely but the steak was like rubber although cooked perfectly. I was asked & told them of the problem, they replaced the steak but it was just as bad, the chef needs to learn how to tenderise...steak. The chips are overly seasoned. I understand why the salt & pepper isn't on the table. The staff were amazing. Unfortunately the beer I ordered from the menu is no longer available, fortunately there was another I didn't mind. The ribs were maybe a 1/3 rack, they don't advertise how big they are. Doubt I'd go backMore
