Laneway is located in Bath St, Dunedin. We have an all day breakfast menu, cabinet food and a tapas menu for lunch and dinner. With the help of our chefs we have created a delicious Spanish inspired menu. Our tapas menu is made up of smaller portions to give you the opportunity to try a bit of everything or to share amongst friends. All of our food is locally sourced where possible and all our sauces are made in house. We have personally tried every beer and wine on our alcohol list to ensure we have the best selection (All beer and wine is from NZ or Spain). Come check out Laneway for a social eating experience.

A must visit place when in Dunedin. A very smart cafe, well laid out and with a great breakfast menu. I was very pleased to have found it. Slick service. Excellent coffee. Highly recommend the bacon with croquettes and spinach. Delicious combination.
I have had a few things here but always come back to the eggs on fire which are amazing. Lively setting and amazing food. Also the size of their slices make it a nice treat rather than an oversized sweet.
Pleasant atmosphere, extensive menu which includes a Tapas menu. Reasonably priced and a good selection to chose from on the Tapas menu. If you like to try different foods then this is a good place to start.

We stopped in for a snack before heading to the theater - the staff were knowledgeable of both the wine and food menus and ensured that we weren't delayed for our night out. The tapas were delicious and I will definitely go back.
Living in Dunedin for the last 25 plus years, I was on the hunt for the Ed Sheran, mural.

My brother and I stopped in here for a coffee, and a slice, fantastic raw baking at such a cheap...More
