We enjoyed dinner here with several other couples, and interestingly, our experiences were somewhat mixed. I think it was due to differing expectations, and that some members of our group didn't have as much exposure to fine dining.
As I have done a lot of business travel, I have had far too many meals in a variety of restaurants, and am keen to try unusual and exotic dishes.
I ordered the surf and turf, which was kangaroo with Fremantle octopus. It was fantastic, and I was very happy with my choice.
All dishes were very well presented.
The desserts were also very well presented, and were very much enjoyed too.
Sandra, a french waitress who served our table, proved to be very helpful and friendly.

We had a fabulous experience at Sen5es Novotel Perth. The pasta and Amelia Park lamb cutlets and barramundi were delicious and cooked to perfection. The wait staff, particularly Leo who provided exceptional service he was friendly knowledgeable, and attentive. We will definitely be going back soon.

Leo, a great and enthusiastic waiter.
Starters were great
My steak was cooked to perfection. My friends pork belly was delicious apparently!
Unfortunately the sticky date pudding was a little on the dry side, however the sauce was tasty. Service was very fast.

A friend bough a groupon voucher for dinner x 2,
My partner picked off a menu nwhich was on the table, it was not included in the groupon deal. We paid the full price extra and not a surcharge as we thought.
Basically we missed out on a whole main meal.
If Ihad of known this I would of asked for the inclusive meal as well as the full priced main meal.
So basicall the Groupon deal was not worth it.

This place had the most beautiful thai food ever. So good. Lovely location opposite Perth's Quay area, lots of lights on at night, lovely staff and the best food. Views across the river, don't hesitate, lovely.

The food was fabulous
We had courgette and arancini
The lamb cutlets and pork belly all of which were without fault and full of flavour, presented beautifully and very tasty.
Some music to change/ add to the ambience would have been nice but was a great meal.

First things first: this is not a cheap restaurant. So expect quite a big bill at the end of your meal! We were staying in the hotel, so we came here for both dinner and breakfast.
DINNER EXPERIENCE
It was very busy, so it's obviously a popular spot, with nearly all tables booked, but we had made a reservation. The menu wasn't huge, and most of the items were somewhat exotic - for example, one menu item was kangaroo meat and local octopus for the "surf and turf".
We had appetizers and dessert as well, and our group of eight had several different menu items. The food was extremely well presented on the plate, and everyone was impressed with the tastes. The desserts were particularly good.
Friendly and helpful service from French waitress Sandra was noteworthy for special praise.
BREAKFAST EXPERIENCE
Once again, the restaurant was super crowded, so it's not a place if you want something quiet! But the breakfast buffet is outstanding, with lots of options. Besides cold juices, there are various hot teas available, and a coffee machine you can operate yourself - or you can ask a staff member to get the barista to make whatever you like.
There's a good range of hot foods, and you can get eggs cooked according to order, plus bacon, breakfast sausages, rice, fruits, cereals, and much more. There's even a pancake making machine - plus berries and cream.
The main problem was that they were understaffed. One of the waitresses told me they usually had four people working, but today they only had three. As a result, everything kept running out - juices, coffee, hot foods, coffee cups - and the staff couldn't keep up replenishing. So several times bowls of food or drink were empty. This was unfortunate. Towards the end of the breakfast session the place emptied out, and then this wasn't an issue.
Aside from an overrun staff, the service was good. One waitress (I think her name was Alicia) was a particularly good sport, and even made us a coffee in a bowl when asked to, which gave our family lots of laughs - thank you!

Had dinner with group of five with kid. Food and service was amazing, thanks to our waitress Tuhin Patricia. She is the shining star on the night. Would definitely come again!

We came in with high expectations given TripAdvisor, but it's located within the hotel foyer, and already set the stage. We had hotel musak the whole time, the $20 entree came out with 2 small prawns and pieces of chorizo all undercooked.
For main my partner had seafood spaghetti with overcooked spaghetti and plain seafood. The kangaroo I had was well cooked, but only flavoursome part of the dish. Given prices and TripAdvisor rating I expected much better.
