Had a meal at this restaurant. The staff were friendly n the price was very reasonable. Besides, the food taste superb. We ordered the house speciality / crepes. No regrets. 😋

I went here after reading the TripAdvisor reviews. I wasn't disappointed. This is a must visit when in Melbourne. Delicious authentic crepes with lovely wine and reasonably priced. Restaurant is simple and rustic and the service by the French staff is charming and friendly.

Roule Galette is like a tiny taste of France in Melbourne. The buckwheat pancakes are nice and light and you can also order a french apple cider to accompany your savoury or sweet pancake.

Full of discovery and delight, Melbourne’s laneways
tease the imagination long after you’ve put your weary
feet up to rest. They weave through the heart of the

throbbing with conversation and espresso coffee. You
never quite know what you’ll find around the next
corner: cobblestone alleys, old beer barrel hoists and
even vats of simmering organic soup. There is the air

Roule Galette is a little piece of France in the city where you will find French staff, speaking the language of Voltaire who will serve you in a warm and intimate setting reminiscent of Montmartre in Paris. Music, whether Breton or French songs of the last century or more modern times will accompany your meal along with authentic Cider from the Pays d'Auge in Normandie, or Cotes du Rhone or Burgundy wines. Not to forget the inimitable Orangina.
