Ate here on the recommendation of our hotel. The restaurant is in a lovely spot overlooking the water and on a chilly Thursday night was pretty busy. Our waitress was Lily - refreshingly honest and very personable. Have to say she made the difference for...what would have been an otherwise okay meal. The gamberi pizza had good flavours but was not hot enough temperature-wise. Turns out they add sauce once the pizza is out of the oven. Maybe heat the sauce? Nice enough. The lamb neck main had too many savoury salty flavours - eggplant, prosciutto/pancetta, burnt brussel sprouts and a dark sauce/jus - If the sauce was sweeter it would have been a great dish. We ordered coffee, dessert and liquors cause Lily had made the meal memorable. The chocolate tart again could have been enhanced If the pastry was crisp, however the rum and raisin ice cream served with it was fantastic. Honestly the location and quality of food we received was good But because we were a party of 11 we had no choice but the set menu. $99 per head for a very ordinary share antipasto board. Followed by shared pizza then shared pasta plates...and then a platter containing a slither of tiramisu cake each. The service was horrible- and to add insult they added a 10% surcharge for having 11 at one table A blatant rip off. You have just upset 11 peopleMore

I ate here just because I was in the area, it was very good for a place picked at random - my pizza was yummy and big, the staff were friendly, I got a nice table (the place was about half empty on a Saturday...at lunch) and the vibe was chillMore

An average ragu with rigatoni from a bag, Bland burrata and arancini, very average service. Nothing more to say really, not bad but nothing to write home about. It’s just a run of the mill restaurant surviving on the pre-theatre brigade. 🥱🥱

Staff were very polite, professional and attentive. Knew when we needed to be finished for the show and paced the service perfectly. Good quality food and an outstanding view. Great start to an evening.

excellent food. Pizza cooked to perfection. a burrata to die for , smooth and very tasty. waitstaff very attentive and eager to please and more important always on the lookout for their clients needs

Dropped in here only half hungry and was delighted with the spanner crab pasta and a glass of Sangiovese. A real gem!
