We had our annual team building lunch again this year but decided to change up from Feast at the Sheraton to Kitchens on Kent. It was a great switch for the 25 or so of us. The offerings here for vegetarians and people preferring different...cultural food was a lot more and the seafood was very fresh. My team enjoyed the ambience and the relaxed atmosphere made our lunch very enjoyable. Thanks to Leyla for making us feel welcome!More

The hotel and restaurant are stunning. All staff were fantastic. The seafood was amazing but I'm not as much of a seafood fan as my partner (he was in heaven)! I had a small taste of Italian pasta (average) and the roast (less than average-...very rare). I did enjoy the cheeses on offer and an amazing selection of desserts and finished with a really nice pot of tea. Loved the special touches of the restaurant (quality cloth serviettes, tablecloths, fine crockery, furnishings etc).More

Given the weather in Sydney was humid and muggy, found a few fruit flies on the dessert area ( on fruit and the macarons). Macarons were soggy and the other dessert wasn’t great either. Roasted piglet didn’t have crispy skin, pasta section was lukewarm. They...had a curry station which was okay, overall not impressive at all. So bad my nieces said their experience in Sizzler Campbelltown was better. Where we were seated we were sweating profusely as the air con wasn’t working properlyMore

I visited for high tea at the Langham, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The setting is very peaceful and upmarket (worthwhile dressing up a little). The high tea involves a tiered plateful of little cakes and sandwiches, with all sorts of surprising tastes. There is...endless tea, and you can add a cocktail or champagne if you want. The staff are lovely. Hope to enjoy this again one day soon!More

We were invited to a Surprise Baby Shower for my niece their was 25 in total celebrating on the Saturday 21 st December. Upon entry to the hotel we were greeted with a warm smile as they showed us were to go the Hotel was...stunning. We were offered coffee to start while we were waiting for everyone to arrive . Once all together the hot foods arrived with the buffet opened with the sweets. To be truly honest the food was not your typical High Tea with a three tier tray coming to us to be shard in threes ... the food was just ok... The chicken pie was cold The wrap was cold and felt slightly frozen then thawed out The sandwiches were just ordinary Rice ball which was tasteless Baby Quiche was ordinary and cold The scones were ok you wouldn’t say WOW these are delicious. We then went onto the sweets buffet to help ourselves plenty to choose from but nothing outstanding . I did only enjoy the Crepes made to order . After discussing with all the other guests and the organiser we all said it was not that good and we were all disappointed. I don’t know what happened but at $80.00 a head it definitely was not of high quality. I would not recommend The Langham for High Tea I have been to other venues and 100 times better. Maybe they might upgrade the menu but definitely not worth the money paid.More

Had brunch at Kitchens on Kent. For an upper market hotel the buffet breakfast is below average. There is not much choice, poor customer service and low quality ingredients. Both when we arrived and left we had to wander around to find someone to assist...us. In addition, they explained the buffet layout to every other guest besides us! To top it off it was$49pp, which in hindsight feels like way too much.More

Kitchens on Kent, Langham, a great restaurant in Sydney that we would highly recommend to anyone. It cares, great service, nice food, wonderful environment and presentation! Thanks to Mr Leyla Kesici, Marketing Manager, who gave me great support in organising a great party for families...and friends that impressed everyone! We fled Sydney 3rd December to celebrate my husband’s birthday as well our anniversary, also to see families. Unluckily my hubby fell and hurt his neck, shoulder and arm just before we drove to airport, the condition and pain had got worse since we arrived Sydney. I was very keen to make the dinner as it’s a very important family gathering in many years, however we may not be able to go ahead if my husband’s condition does not improve. I was very stressed Whilst Leyla was very supportive, and our party could go ahead very successful, all attendants enjoyed the party very much!More
