We had a fabulous dinner. What a feast! Starting with a chicken hariyali kebab, with a Sauvignon blanc wine, chicken tikka masala, lamb nihari (lamb shank) korma, dal makhani, garlic and butter naans. Everything was cooked perfectly. The lamb was truly falling off the bone...as described in the menu, the chicken tikka masala was spicy, the chicken hariyali kebab was succulent and tender! The daal makhani was incredible. We loved everything. It is possible to miss this hidden gem of a restaurant as it is in a basement, but do visit it for a truly memorable Indian meal! I highly recommend it.More

I visited this restuarant for dinner on a business trip last night. The service was excellent, serving sizes generous and prices very good for a CBD restaurant. The Lazeez Pasliya entrée on a sizzling plate was without doubt the best tasting lamb cutlets I have...eaten in my life and the highlight of my meal. The chicken tikka masala was also very tasty and the chicken so succulent it almost melted in my mouth. I'm starting to drool again just writing this review. A great find and I intend to a point of dining there any time I visit Sydney. The extensive menu has something for everyone (including banquet options) and the décor is great making it an ideal location for team/work lunch gatherings.More

On a very wet Saturday in Sydney, we could not do better than sit in a beautiful room with incredibly helpful ( and unobtrusive) staff and be treated to outstanding Indian food. The menu offers so many enticing options, choice is difficult. We tried to...avoid the most well-known dishes. Every dish was different, supremely fresh and a joy for the tastebuds. Just a delight!More

Great ambience, great food! This restaurant is in the basement, with dim lighting. We ordered goat biryani, naan and a curry- absolutely delicious! Definitely coming back!

Really enjoyed eating here & did not need a reservation as we were able to walk right in. The waitress, Rina was really a nice person and the food first rate.
