We had a great meal. Spring rolls, vegetable rice with egg, chicken with vegetables in Mongolian sauce. Food service was fast and food was hot, waiter was attentive, servings were adequate.

Dumplings originated in North China, where the winter weather is frigid. Dumplings are useful to warm you up when it is cold. Lucky Little Dumplings serves good dumplings, especially the fried dumplings that Americans call 'pot stickers.' It's always tempting to overeat, but who cares?

Lucky Little Dumplings is a Cantonese style restaurant that serves yum-cha. The dumplings are very good, especially the shao long bao, We also had sweet and sour ribs, a Cantonese specialty. The spiced salty duck was also very enjoyable. We had noodles with pork nince. To drink, we had jasmine tea, which was very refreshing. In all, we had an enjoyable lunch that disn't cost the earth.

Unsure why this place is so highly rated. Perhaps we caught them on an off night but my goodness the fried rice was the worst I’ve ever had just about. The rice was firm and basically flavourless. The stir fried beef noodles were 70% barely cooked onion and the wonton noodle soup was also not a very nice flavour. The dumplings were the only saving grace. We won’t be returning.

We have dined at Lucky Little Dumplings several times and we have always enjoyed the experience. We like the steamed dumplings, which always taste good. We tend to over-order, as usual, but we aways manage to eat all the dumplings. The service is excellent.

The chilli dumplings, fried rice, fried wontons, edamame veg and the house Pinot Noir were all delicious. Staff very friendly and helpful.

A family regular during lockdown. Nice pork dumplings and even the vegetarian dumplings have lots of flavour. Good value.

Arrived at 9pm to a very busy restaurant. Served quickly and the food was freshly cooked, quick and excellent -had Mongolian beef, pork stir fry and best ever prawn dumplings. Only negative are the acoustics - hard to talk over all the other noise.

After researching online, I decided to give this place a go. Not sure what everyone is raving about. Our party got several dishes, a couple were enjoyed, but the majority were average at best and I nearly chipped a tooth on the satay skewers they were that tough. Service was quick and prices good, but later that night one of our party got quite sick. I had seen one review saying the same thing, but the vast majority of reviews were great so I put it down to a one off. I regret my choice.

We stopped by this dumpling restaurant at the recommendation of someone else. We went at 5:30 on a Saturday night without a booking and we were lucky to get a table, but had to be out by 6:30. We didn't realise how popular it was so we will be making a booking next time. The service was quick and friendly so the time constraint wasn't a problem. However we only ordered dumplings and if we return I would like to order off the rest of the menu, there were a lot of other attractive looking dishes that smelt fantastic going to other tables around us. We ordered 3 plates of dumplings, with 15pcs on each plate. That sounds like a lot, and although I was full, the two grown men I went there with were not. The boiled dumplings were better than the pan fried in my opinion, and I was really hoping for a dumpling with chives in it, but no luck there. The place was a nice place to eat, it had a good atmosphere, the lighting was nice, it had a happy and upbeat vibe and was obviously very popular.

I have been to this restaurant previously but our second visit as a group of four, very disappointed with the attitude of the waiting staff. We ordered Shetchuan soup and other dishes , asked the waiter if it was very hot and spicy he said no, but bought an extra bowl of spice just incase. It was laden with hot chillies we like spicy food but it was not enjoyable couldn't eat it paid $24.00 large bowel it had many dry chilies all you could see was chilies, it was inedible, asked the waitress if they could remove some of the ingredients so we could eat it. No! No! We eat like this in China Chineese recipe. She then disappeared we asked another waiter could he take it back to the kitchen, he said Yes Yes Yes but never returned at the end staff crowding around our table saying very sorry very sorry , but did nothing. Is it the case they don't understand English or are intent of not wasting money on regular customers. They put on such a fake smiles when they are saying sorry. They knew quite well money was more important. Watching the cash register other than pleasing regular patrons. Actually no more I am not ever returning on principle . Greedy business. Couldn't care about anyone but the almighty dollar$$$$$

Top place for dumplings in our area. Fast, fresh, cheap. Vegan options. Can get very busy at times but worth the wait.

Saturday night, table next to us we’re trying to set a new record for combined consumption of VB stubbies while talking as loudly as possible and noise really echoes around in this please.
But.... the food was amazing.... the menu is very difficult to choose from as there are so many great things to try. Pan fried dumplings were great but highlight was stir fried pork belly. Great lashings of chilli and was one of the best dishes I have tried in a while.
Prices are reasonable, staff friendly and very efficient.
Can’t wait to come back
