My partner and I had heard fabulous things about the incredible cakes served up at this cafe, which is tucked away in a gorgeous, out-of-the-way corner of Cornwall.
So on a recent trip to the UK, we decided to do a side trip to Cornwall...and taste for ourselves.
Well, the location of the cafe is simply divine ... Pentewan is in a word, gorgeous!
But we were completely blown away with the stunning array of spectacular sweet treats on offer at the Little Bay Cafe ... all homemade!
We were at a loss as to which ones to try, so the gorgeous owner of the cafe, Lianne, served us up a magnificent little platter of tasty morsels (possibly because we had travelled all the way from Sydney, Australia).
The cakes were utterly heaven on a fork!
What was our favourite? ... ALL OF THEM!!!
I cannot praise the cakes, service, location, food or staff more highly.
And the coffee was utter perfection ... and being a caffeine aficionado, that's really saying something! (I had 3 cups).
