Our evening was PERFECT. We arrived in the fog coming from the Izonso River and that made the appearance as we were eating in heaven, not that was the quality of everything that we experienced. This meal capitivated all of our senses, and I do...mean all. Three in the kitchen, what a team they must be, coupled with three in the dining room servicing our every need.More

This is a truly expetional experience. Everyone should live this once in their life. Care, love and knowledge are the key ingredients for life: Altran takes it all and hands it to you on a silver plate. Thank you Guido

Food is very good but for me little to much spice. But there is also great waiters, wine and relaxing milieu so I’ll stay with five.

October 2017 - we decided to try another Michelin star restaurant. So we went to Altran. Place was cosy, food was delicious and wine selection was all fine. When we finished we sat by the fireplace accompanied with chief Guido, who selected fine rums and...whisky for us. As I said...all Michelin star restaurants are good, but this one is better because of Guido. He made us welcome, we were his friends that night, he made us feel special. So cheers to chief Guido. For sure I will revisit this restaurant, because of Guido.More

We were strangers to the area and staying nearby. Our host said there were a few places to eat including a Michelin starred one. We said preferably not that one as all we wished to eat was something simple. Unfortunately everywhere else within a 30...mile radius was fully booked. So reluctantly we arrived and it was an awkward mismatch. My first course was simply delicious, however a taste of my husband's main course of duck was sadly disappointing.More

Imagine to be immersed in a warm atmosphere, with top quality food explained in detail and paired with top quality wines. Imagine to be pampered by the host who loves his job and you get a feeling of what happens when you have lunch or...dinner in this place.More

My husband took me to this restaurant for our 10 years anniversary as a surprise. We love going out and eating good food that is modern but still tastes excellent. I have to say that this restaurant offers just that. I would say that as...a tipical italian restaurant it is up to date with all the trends in the world, it has its own twist but still respects the basic flavors. We were surprised by the prices of the menu and the wines as this is a mischelin star restaurant the prices are very resonable. The atmosphere is lovely, beautiful old building with an amazing dining area. The staff is professional and the owner is great! You will not be disappointed here - a must go!More

I am not easy to impress, have visited an endless number of * ** *** star restaurants, and cook on 1.5 star level. This place is the one to visit, perhaps even worth a journey. Provided you are able to understand complex good food. Winelist...also very tempting and not overpriced. Portions small, order plenty. Only four tables in a most pleasant ambiente.More

Based on Michelin star recognition we perhaps did expect to much of this very , very nice restaurant . However , the choice of offered food ( we took 7 courses menu ) , although beautifully presented with a lot of care and work by...chef , was neither by test nor quality anything special. It was rather a totally disappointing culinary nonevent . Memorable is only the great service , very inviting , homy pleasant atmosphere of this fine place and the bill presented at end. We were treated royally and are happy that we visited this untypical restaurant , but considering almost under average food and quite a high price , we would not come back.More

We visited this exciting Osteria for Sunday lunch and it was an incredible surprise. The setting is fairly rustic with lunch served on the veranda of an old farm building. The establishment only accommodates 4 tables per seating ensuring attentive service and food to die...for! The starter was the best I've ever eaten! Zucchini flowers stuffed with parmesan mousse and a pepperoni jus - this is Italy on a plate! Simply sublime.More
