Enjoyed a break here this morning. Coffee and a superb bacon buttie. We sat outside and the service was spot on.

This excellent little cafe came up with a great idea for Pancake Tuesday, loads of pancakes with a large selection of fillings. We sampled various varieties and thoroughly enjoyed them all. They were consistent with the usual high quality of produce always served with a...smile and a cheery word. Keep up the good work ladies and please retain some of the pancake dishes on your normal menu.More

Found this on google. Nice wee cafe with an excellent menu. Always good with an all day breakfast available. Staff were super friendly. So glad it was open on a Tuesday as several other places were closed. Will definitely be back when we are next...in Scotland.More

Came across this cafe when coming home from a drive to the country. What a hidden gem this was. The food was very tasty and there was a lot of choice to be had. Staff were lovely and willing to answer any questions about the...items that were available. Would highly recommend coming here for an afternoon tea. Will definitely be back again soon :)More

We had seen this place in passing a couple of weeks ago and thought it looked interesting for lunch out, and found ourselves in Meigle today, so decided to try it out. What a discovery ! It's unassuming, but the quality of the service is...first class. The menu looks good. Again, unassuming, but nicely presented. I have a bad habit of judging places by the quality of their mac cheese, so had that, while my lady availed herself of a cheese omelette with a couple of extra fillings and salad. That sounds pretty prosaic, doesn't it ? I'm here to tell you that prosaic it was not ! I gave the mac cheese a pretty high score, and the omelette was praised to the heavens by Her Majesty. I had a wee taste of it, and I concur. Some nice looking cakes tempted us afterwards. I'm not really a cake fan as I'm not that keen on ultra sweet food. My choice, however, was not in any way a disappointment. Not sure what it was called, but the look of it appealed, so I went for it. Lots of dark chocolate involved which was right up my street. H.M. had a more conventional offering and was deeply enamoured of it. The cappuccino coffee was one of the best H.M. has had ... anywhere, and my plain ordinary tea was bursting with flavour. This place is a gem of a discovery, and we will definitely be back, as I want to try that omelette with salad myself, but my fillings will be different.More

I was so delighted to stop here. It’s an unassuming place, sitting alongside another more prominent business - but do stop in if you need a coffee break. The parking is straight off the road and the whole thing is easy. The service is very...nice and I enjoyed a great coffee, accompanied by a cheese scone. The servers were such delightful and helpful women, I can’t speak too highly of them. The toilets are clean. I would easily come here again if I was passing, thank you.More

We stopped here for lunch. Plenty parking spaces in the car park at the front of the cafe. There is a specials board and menus are on the table. It’s not table service so order at the till and your food will be brought to...your table once ready. I chose the eggs Benedict and although the hollondaise sauce was quite runny it tasted nice and the bacon and muffin were delicious. My husband had the burger and potato wedges. This was served with salad so quite a decent sized plateful for the money. The prices were very reasonable and we will certainly return.More
