Such a wonderful Christmas Buffet Lunch

I stay at the Westin Dragonara Hotel regularly and it never ceases to surprise me with the exceptional service I am afforded. On Christmas Day I hosted a group of family friends, there were 14 of us in all and we decided to book and go to the Christmas Buffet Lunch in the Terrace restaurant, as you would expect it was capacity full. The service we were given was quite exceptional, very caring staff looking after your every need, we had a lovely table in the centre of the restaurant which allowed us easy access to all the food stations and they were plentiful. The abundance and quality of the food was very special indeed with literally a choice of everything you could wish for at Christmas, we each chose different starters and main courses, being served by the chefs at each station. The price was very reasonable and included free flowing good quality South African Wines and soft drinks. The wine was topped up frequently. We sat there eating for 3 hours and we all enjoyed the lunch very much, including two young children who were very well looked after. The waiting staff were so attentive, clearing away the crockery as you finished each course and relaying it soon after. The clientele was mainly Maltese, but we were a selection and everyone commented on how special this lunch was. I am really grateful to the Terrace team who worked so hard at Christmas time, congratulations must got to all the chefs and restaurant manager for this truly exceptional lunch.

Simply Amazing! Glorious food And remarkable staff, all on point , our occasion was lead by perfection by the restaurant manager Fabio and all his staff , we would like to thank them for making our experience one to remember and for making our guests comfortable and catered for all they needed, covid restrictions were taken very seriously from start to finish too. Restaurant has been updated too and looks incredible.. events planner Johanna Vella Marshall was exceptional and always answered kindly to our request whilst trying her best to always accommodate our needs , very professional , we are so glad we choose the terrace restaurant @ the Westin Dragonara Resort a truly 5 star experience, well done to all!

Great service with a variety of high quality food. The quality of the service is always good, every time we went there. Special Thanks goes to Fabio the Restaurant Manager and Chef Stephen who do their best to make your dining experience one that you won’t forget. 10/10 Highly Recommended ! Will surely visit again.

To start off, Jeffrey was an amazing waiter, checking in on us, explaining the buffet options as well as being very quick on his feet. Amazing customer service. The Sunday lunch buffet was Lovely, not to mention the fresh food with a huge range of choices including Indian, asian, italian & Maltese cuisines . It was 55 pp including wine, water and unlimited drinks, given that we ate more than 55 euro it was very worth it. Highly recommend.

Our daughter’s baptism buffet lunch was perfect in every detail. The team led by Fabio did a fantastic job to set-up The Snug area at The Terrace. The attention to detail was impressive and service was flawless throughout. The culinary experience was truly an experience - food taste and presentation was exquisitely delivered. Kudos to the head chef and his team. We are truly satisfied with everything; our guests commended us on the event and we are truly grateful that this occasion will be one to remember. Top notch 🔝

Great amazing experience, a great quality Food

Yesterday we had a great lunch at the Terrace Restaurant a great Selection at the buffet for a special occasion for confirmation of my nephew we were 25 persons all was perfect or more than perfect , the waiters and staff gave a great service and restaurant was full but i can say everyone was pleased . A really speacial day and Westin made it even Better . Well done to the Team and Also Mr Fabio great dedication!!

My wife (Kathy) and myself spent 3 days at the amazing Dragonara, with 4 further trips planned this year. The hotel is beautiful, in a superb location, surrounded by the Mediterranean, everywhere you look. The rooms at the hotel are HUGE and luxurious, there is no better place to stay. The thing that brings the Westin to real life is it’s people, they are the heart of the hotel.. with the highest service standards, a desire to constantly please. The Terrace is an incredible place to eat and we have breakfast there. The variety and quality of food means there is something for everyone. Credit has to go to the chefs for the work they do, day in day out, to prepare, create and serve the food, it truly does set you up for the day ahead. The care we get from the team is second to none. Fabio, who we view as a close friend, is amazing and the team reflect his standards of professionalism and care.. to name but a few… Jeffrey, Sean Paul and Martha are fantastic. I totally recommend the Dragonara to anyone visiting Malta but make sure you visit The Terrace when you are there.

If it's a buffet look no further

What a pleasant ambiance, bright & airy overlooking the pool. The food was mostly good by any standard however for a buffet it is more than you'd expect. Quality is good and variety albeit not out of this world is very reasonable for the price provided which includes our drinks, very decent coffee, easy parking and courteous staff. I'm returning this Sunday.

Sunday Lunch buffet at The Terrace Restaurant, Dragonara was simply exquisite. The food was full of flavour. Plating was beautiful and chefs were always filling them up. Both meat and fish choices available to choose from and cooked perfectly. The wine included with the buffet was also nice. The sweet section was also full of choices and most importantly, besides looking great, they tasted super. When asked about something, the waiter took care of it, the chef fixed the issue and the manager came to see what happened and excused himself. There was also an area for kids to play under supervision. One could leave the kids here while enjoying the lunch with mind at rest. We realized at the end but our daughter still enjoyed some time. There is also a small playground, which requires an adult to supervise. At the end, we were very satisfied. The ambient is very nice. The staff was very professional too. We would be back for sure as a family and we also booked our son’s baptism lunch. Looking forward to have another fantastic experience at The Terrace, Dragonara. Thank you

Great Experience - Sunday buffet

Westin never fails to give us the best experience possible. We celebrated 3 birthdays yesterday at Westin Terrace restaurant. We were very satisfied with the service throughout & with the food choices and quality. We made use of the kids club and so i could actually eat at a normal pace and actually taste the food. The staff also prepared 3 pieces of cake with sparklers for those of us who had the birthday so it was a 100/100 experience yesterday.

Our relationship with The Westin and The Terrace restaurant started in March 2022 I started planning a double party for my son's lucky birthday and my daughter's baptism. I sent an email through the website and in a very short time my email was replied to by the events department. They assisted us throughout the whole process up until the day of our party in September 2023. We have been returning to the restaurant's buffet every now and again and we were never disappointed the food is fresh, presented in a beautiful and lavish manner and the choice is endless.. The staff is very friendly and professional both during our party and every time we go they are very responsive to our requests and would go out of their way to satisfy your requests.

Wonderful Sunday lunch buffet

Was invited for lunch by my daughter. Fabio ,Jeffrey and Shaun from service, chefs steve, richard, gorg and other chefs took really care of us especially looking after us as my nephew is vegeterian. Wonderful Meal, quality food and variety, from vegetarian, indian, pasta station, seafood and shellfish, cold and warm tapas, freshly cooked food, fresh carved beef an pork, large variety of desserts and cheese. For a sunday lunch is a must to pay a visit

We visited on Sunday 5th March to celebrate a family birthday and while we were impressed with the whole experience, I can safely say that we will definitely be back! The food selection was superb, the quality was out of this world and the staff were all extremely helpful. We had two young kids with us, who also enjoyed the food and all in all it was exactly what we all needed as an ideal venue for a special family lunch!

Perfect place to eat !!

I organised my son's Holy communion and we booked the Sunday buffet lunch. Fabio the manager helped us organise everything. The good was beyond our expectations . A variety of soups, pasta, chinese and oriental, variety of meats and vegetables, a big selection of desserts, ice creams, chocolate fountain, fruit and last but not least the cheeses. Coffee, teas and hot chocolate were also included. Thanks again , we were really satisfied with the whole service!!

The Westin never disappoints. One of the best hotels in Malta with great service, great atmosphere and yummy food! The restaurant manager Fabio made sure our celebration is perfect.it is also a plus that they also cater for allergies, my son is ceoliac and they served him food directly from the kitchen not from the buffett. I definitely recommend Westin for any occasion.
