Fantastic food, service and location. It was extremely busy but we were served quickly and the food was extremely good for pub food. Really worth the drive, you can’t go wrong.

Had lunch here on a busy public holiday. Staff were very accommodating and attentive despite the large group they had already seated for lunch service. Food was excellent, our kids enjoyed the lasagna (they order this everywhere) and we really enjoyed our Outback Parma &...Outpost Pork Belly salad. We will be back. Highly recommend.More

Despite the fact we had to wait nearly 2 hrs for lunch, we were insulted even further when other tables who arrive after us were served before our table was. When making a complaint I was just told to sit down and wait. We were...a return customer who won't be returning any more.More

Leave the phone in the car and enjoy an excellent rural setting with calming views, rural / rustic atmosphere and great food. Wife and I stopped in for a Sunday lunch without a booking - although not overly busy we were warmly greeted in a...minute or two and placed at a table, as it was a rather nice day and we requested a table change to the outside veranda -- no problems and staff were happy to help, meals ordered and arrived in a relative and reasonable time frame, meals were divine, service great and good value for money, we both chose the local whole trout and I felt I had to send my compliments to the chef as our trout was absolutely PERFECT and probably the best we`ve had for quite some time.More

So DISAPPOINTING. After waiting 90 minutes for my traditional Parma today. I enquired about it’s arrival 3 times to be told it was on its way. l walked out in disgust after what they served. It was uneatable. I have been to the Toolshed many...times but it is now my last. Not sure what their problem was obviously not enough staff who gave a f$&k !!More

I have been to the the Toolshed bistro many times but had never stayed in the on site accommodation. Glad we did over Australia day weekend. The cabins have plenty of room and are very clean. The owners are lovely people and very accommodating. A...great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the cityMore

The Tool Shed has a large menu... For non-vegetarians. Most meals are meals - not lunch time fare. Like many country eateries this venue assumes that if you want a vegetarian meal you are happy with a very limited selection that is not tasty and...has no imagination. The bun with the vege burger was cheap white soft bread that was still the same temperature as the fridge. There are many delicious commercial vege products and once again these were not accessed by this eatery. I don't believe that not being 'metro' is an excuse for food that may have been acceptable in the 1970s. Staff friendly and parmi's largeMore

You may be able to put your dog on a lead outside the garden but I suggest you contact the outpost as new owners took over earlier in the year and they may have changed rules
