A good stop over for pasalubongs. The famous Biscocho was worth the stop. Quite a number of varieties to choose from.

Tibiao, Antique is the center in the Panay map when your airplane touch down between Kalibo/Caticlan Airports and Iloilo and very accessible in both routes. From Iloilo if your rented van is fast usually 3.5 hours to see Tibiao Bakery and If Kalibo or Caticlan it is about 2 hours. I love Tibiao Bakery because since my childhood I have lots of favorites that painted in my mind like Dalagang Bukid, Favorita, Dila-dila etc. hoping they still have one. However, I have got the all time favorite that we used to share with my friends and visitors and our co-employees at Manila and abroad like Pan Americono, Biscocho, Ugoy-ugoy, Cheeze cup cake, and ensyamada. No reasons to amazed that Tibiao Bakery has been the supplier of bread for their burgers for the known Food chains here in Iloilo. Their food for thought, food for life really tested since 1953 that they are the symbol of all breads and all time favorites. Like my childhood days, their bread really energize my brain to think the story of their bread evolution that I have tasted. Presently, they have new products for update,.. bibingka, ensyamada mongo, siopao, biscocho, and upgraded ugoy-ugoy and pan americao and very tasty macapuno buns. Ow don't forget also to compare their siopao as you will fell the taste difference and to remember Tibiao. Don't forget to consider in your bag compartment to bring these home. Tibiao Bakery is the symbol of your time visiting Antique or Panay island as well.

Make sure to visit the original Tibiao Bakery in Tibiao, not the one in Culasi. Their products are of good quality. Also, make sure to bring home their bestseller, their Biscocho! A big pack only costs P63. Super sulit!

For fresh and great-tasting bread, which is not easily found in the area, the bakery is just what people craving for bread needs. From pastries, to meat buns, cheese breads, and other traditional breads, these can be had here. The bakery is also air-conditioned which makes it a great stopover. What stands out for me is that the staff are very friendly. A companion and I looking to buy some snacks arrived just as the store was already in the process of closing. However, they still let us in and let us buy what we want. Good service indeed. Also, the bread is still good even days after you bought it. I brought some bread bought here back to Manila and five days later, were still good!

The store is located in the town proper of Tibiao, Antique. A typical air-conditioned bread shop with some tables and chairs inside to cater "dine-in customers". Price is reasonable, taste of food is delicious, Service is OK and location is great and clean.

There was nothing to dislike about it. But it was not too awesome either. The siopao and palabok was really good though!

Tibiao does not have much in it but the Bakery is a decent place to go and they can get you the wifi password if you ask. It is no starbucks but it is the best thing for this small town.
