Hi Travelers, We had a trip to Lucban Quezon going to Kamay ni Hesus, when we had to stop and check the Kamayan sa Palaisdaan Restaurant. The place offers food and place to stay. Don't be confused since this has 2 restaurant adjacent to each other. But we prefer to dine in at their Air Summit. A plane that was converted to a restaurant. It makes you feel that you are really in an airplane since you have to get your boarding pass before you can enter the plane. You must place an order in their airport and received your boarding pass. The staff are polite and very accommodating they are dressed like a flight attendant. The venue is very nice since it looks like a fine dining. The chandeliers makes it look elegant and the plane is cool and fully airconditioned The food are Fiipino dish / some Ramen and pasta. The food are all ok and the price is reasonable. Its ab experience and my kids love it

Pro: Food is good, staff are accommodating, fishes at pond are big and plenty Cons: We waited for more than an hour for food to be served. They will also not readily serve sawsawan, ice, spoon for the viands etc unless you asked for it. Payment is at the back of the store and have to personally pay at the counter, I wonder if they can really monitor payment of customers that way.

Showcasing local food, this restaurant offers a large menu selection with plenty to rave about. The Pako Salad and Sinugno were the highlights from all the items we ordered. The food were reasonably priced for the serving size. The kids enjoyed the fish feeding activity. There were a lot of other amenities that we did not get to try, so another visit is in the offing. Definitely a must visit!

We had lunch at Kamayan sa Palaisdaan last March 3, 2020. We ate at a floating Nipa Hut. Water was murky Ang highly turbid. We ordered Kare -Kare. It has some vegetables and quite chewy Ox Tail. Taste was ordinary and not worth the price. We also ordered Pancit Canton. The taste was very salty. It seems like a bottle of Patis was poured into it. Better not to eat it. Although the waiter was helpful & attentive, the food and murky are just simply a turn off. Not worth a visit. A waste of time & money.

Very poor service. We waited for more than an hour before they serve the food. If you are hungry and not ready to wait for more than an hour, don't go to this restaurant. We ordered bottled water it took more than 30 minutes before they serve just a bottled water. The foods are not worth the price. Calamares are like rubber bands.

It was long drive from Lipa City for lunch but worth the Sunday lunch trip. Very nice restaurant with separate floating open cottages for separate families/ customers. Very nice decor and pleasant staff. Food was good and enjoyable. Due to the crowd long waiting period and food took sometime to come. Try to be little early. There is ample parking space. Do visit and enjoy.

Very very poor service. We waited for more than an hour to clean our table but no one came. No one assist us except to the person in their cafe which is Allyzza. We’re trying to talk to the manager which is Ian (as per Allyzza) but he didn’t came to approach us. Unsatisfied for this

This is an awesome restaurant set up with floating huts amidst fish ponds. A nice place to have local meals full of awesome flavors and fresh ingredients. Price points are very reasonable and service is great

I was overwhelmed with excitement when we visited after a year! What used to be soil and construction equipment was now a newer and fresher look for Kamayan sa Palaisdaan. Sinks are available near tables for convenient hand-washing. For an interesting experience, drop by the shop first to buy fish pellets. I didn't pay but heard it was Php30.00/pack. Get a table on the lake and feed the fish while waiting for your food. The hito had BIG lips and the golden/yellow fish reminded me of Harry Potter's golden snitch. Take your time because our food wait time was 30-45 minutes. To avoid confusion, there are 2 branches across each other on the main road, but a very short distance apart. If you're coming from the south, like Lucena, it'll be the first on your left. Landmark is the Air Summit Gourmet where you can dine INSIDE an airplane. Buko Fresh Juice This was served cold, not iced, and remained simply amazing! Eat the coconut meat afterwards! Ours was still cold. Ripe Mango Shake This was just okay. Seriously, just get a buko and you're all set! Ensaladang Pako with Sardines This is my top choice with the veggies being addicting in terms of freshness and crunch. Salted eggs and sardines matched perfectly with this and I think I ate half the entire serving! Inihaw na Spareribs These were delicious and the grilled flavor always succeeds. My only challenge was the cutting, or maybe I'm just out of shape. (I should've used my hands, actually. 😄) Inihaw na Tilapia and Talong Just okay and needed sauce to be more interesting. Sinigang Lapu Lapu This was my 2nd favorite! Soup was very sour and the fish bones were easier to deal with compared to that of the tilapia. Gising Gising If you love coconut sauce or gata, this is for you. This is for me too! 😉 Sisig Pork It was on a sizzling plate without actual sizzles but the temperature was acceptable. My diet was different so I only had a spoonful for now. It's not the crunchy type but the parts were actually good! Service was great! Everyone had good vibes and were very accommodating. There's no bell to call them but their uniform made them very easy to spot from afar.

My wife’s family is originally from Quezon, Quezon Province. We went home with her family in their hometown to visit. On our way back to Manila my wife wanted to eat in this well known restaurant in Tayabas, Quezon Province. It was actually my first time to eat here. First impression: I love the ambiance... Nature feels is 👍🏼... The food was also great... The servings were generous and the price was just right... I’m a little bit unsatisfied about their service and I think they should train their crew to be more accommodating otherwise, It was an excellent experience... Will I want to eat here again...? Its a big YES for me...😊

We always eat here with family and always having a good time. Food is so appetizing and affordable as it has big servings. Although you should be patient as food will take a little bit long to serve. Overall, it is still a nice experience for the family.
