This night was the most amazing meal I've had. The ingredients of their homemade Italian food are exquisite !! Be aware dinner doesn't start till 6PM & they are ALWAYS busy from then on. Expect a wait but know its worth the wait. I had the gnocchi, pizza and pasta. They also make a great mojito that you can get 2 for 1 starting at 4-7PM. Friendly service too just wish they started dinner earlier !

I heard about this restaurant on a blog, they told that price was correct and the food really good. We took fish for 280, and pizza looked really good too (but didn't taste it). I just don't recommend the tomato soup which is more a tomato sauce, but who wants a soup during a sunny day except me..

We ate at Kermit 5 times in 2 weeks. It’s that good! Their pizzas are wood-fired and amazing. Their eggplant parm, Kermit salad, and squid ink pasta were all cooked perfectly. The spicy melon drink is so good we’ll try to recreate it at home. The ambiance is perfect as well!

We went there 3 nights in a row, as it was very close to our hotel.
The first night, the food and service were good, but the bill was a bit more expensive than expected, we were tired after our trip, so we didn't check into details and paid.
We came back the next day, and while looking at the menu, we recalculated our bill from the previous night, and noticed they had indeed added 200 php to our bill.
And on the new bill that night, they added 50php as well!
So really, double check the total - I don't know if it was twice an honest mistake, or a way to add a bit...
We were ready to give them benefit of the doubt the first time but not the second. We told the waitress who apologized and corrected the amount.
We went there a third night, it was a bit more busy so we were told 40min wait and we could sit at some outside tables and order pizzas.
80min later, we have asked after 2 pizzas if we could finally have a proper table, the waitress looked like she had forgotten us. She told us to seat at another area (still not the restaurant, don't know why the desserts couldn't just be served at our first table).
There we ordered 2 desserts and waited > 40min... We eventually left.
Not very respectful of returning customers (or maybe they didn't like we caught their little extra-billing addition...!)

You have to make a reservation one week before you want to visit. Only if you want to have a drink and a pizza (nothing more than that) you can sit on some tables somewhere between the trees and plants. We really wanted to try the pizza here so we were ok with sitting over there. Since it was rainy for the whole day the table en chaires were wet. There was nobody who came to dry the table or chairs. So we did, with a towel.. You have to place your order at the desk, they’re not comming to you to place the order. Also you we didn’t get a fork. Had to walk to the desk to ask for a fork. The lady told me she did’t had one so she asked me to walk inside. I really have the feeling that if you only come for a drink and pizza, that you all have to figure it out by yourself.
The pizza is ok, but not the best.. The tuna tasted weird and the salami also had a strange taste.

The food was nice I guess, not the best pizza/pasta we’ve had in the Philippines. We ordered pizza, pasta, focaccia and bruschetta (5 pieces) I ate from the bruschetta one piece and my husband also, and it wasn’t good so we returned it, when we got the bill we saw it still there, the waitress said that because we have taste it already they can’t take it out of the bill. If we will not taste how we would have known it’s not good? 🤣🤣🤣
We left pretty disappointed, the service wasn’t the best and also the food.

Whenever we search for good places to eat in Siargao, Kermit would always pop up in the search results so this was on our list.
We came past 7pm and ended up waiting for more than 30mins to get a table. It was a bit of a wait and we were hungry. We ordered ahead so that we only had to wait for less than 10mins once we got seated. The wait was indeed worth it. We ordered 2 kinds of pizzas, a pasta dish, and some appetizers. The food was simply delicious. The ambiance was really nice and cozy that we ended up staying for drinks after dinner. I would definitely recommend Kermit!

While we had to wait for 40 minutes, we were allowed to order pizza and beer in the waiting area.
It was worth the wait, because we enjoyed the Burrata salad and salpicao. But the Kermit pizza was simply the best, we had to order another one..

A charming experience that will never fail. Romantically lit, with a buzzing atmosphere, attentive helpful staff,
Often busy. Always tasty. Well priced.
We ate here on multiple occasions. The pasta is a hit, risotto too. And the pizza is incredible and I ate the best Mahi Mahi I’ve had.
Good wine options and a few nice dogs around to add to the touch.
We will miss Kermits.

Had to wait for 1,5 hours to get a table. Once there all the pizza dough and mahi mahi had run out, or so we'd been told. We were very surprised to see people around us getting served pizza's, after we had been told the restaurant ran out of dough. We waited another full hour to get our food. The food was really good on the end, the waiting staff was just very poor at communicating. There were also a lot of disputes between staff and chefs visible, I think some proper English courses would go a long way to make sure the good food reaches the customers.

Pizza was great! Pasta was a little too tough...a few more minutes in the pot and you would have achieved al dente. Also, too much salt.
Service was horrible. We did not look like foreigners and were treated strangely. My friends and I were embarassed to be here because of the biased service. Please improve your treatment of your fellow Filipinos.
Thank you.

We went here for breakfast and it was kind of basic.
Went back for dinner and didn't want to leave. The pizza, focaccia, and pasta were SO good, it is enough reason to stay in Siargao. Heck, it's a reason to GO to Siargao, I swear.
We got the Pizza Kermit, and I've never been to Italy, but this is how I imagine pizza there would feel and taste like. So balanced in flavor, the thin slices of prosciutto parma imparting big flavor, mingled with the subtle hint of Gorgonzola and other cheeses. It was still great the next day when we had leftover slices for breakfast.
The fresh pasta was also a delight, we ordered the Gnocchi al Gorgonzola and Pappardelle Bolognese. Words can't describe how good the food is, just fly here and find out for yourself!
Go during Happy Hour to enjoy Buy 1 Take 1 on select cocktails while dining.

We’ve been here twice now! First time was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed an appy of the bruschetta and carbonara pizza to share. Service was absolutely fantastic, drinks were cold and quick. I enjoyed a watermelon- cinnamon shake (crazy yummy combo) and my husband enjoyed San Mel light x2.
We went again last night and to say our experience matched our first visit just days before would be a lie. It’s almost as if we were forgotten about. After for waiting for 25mins, I finally approached the bar and asked if they would prefer us to order and pay right away at the bar since everyone around us was being seated and served after us and no one took a second look at us. Made us both feel uncomfortable and like we were just ‘in the way.’ Our order was taken after I approached the bar. We shared the bruschetta Italian and a cloud 9 pizza. My husband stuck to water and I enjoyed a hibiscus mocktail.
Unfortunately again, we were ignored. I went up to the bar to pay to have many staff members ignore me and walk past me, until one who hadn’t been serving us all night went out of her way to get me my bill and take my payment.
Our second experience ruined Kermit’s for us. We won’t be back. Great food, but the service wasn’t there. Unfortunate way to spend one of our last dinners in Siargao on our honeymoon here.

The service is good, but you probably need to wait a little while to get a table since they often have a waiting list. We had fish and chips and chicken nuggets as starters and they were really good, crunchy! The pizzas were amazing! One of the best pizzas I've tried (Pepperoni pizza). Recommed!
