Went here because during lunch the previous day, a friend shared a slice of yema cake from Dialyn's and I was floored by how good it tasted! So soft, balanced flavors and great texture. Addictive! I went in and bought a box of kiwi cupcakes...- so delighted with the flavor and the mouth sensation from the popping kiwi seeds. Pricepoint is good as well, expect to spend 200 and up depending on what you purchase. They do have breads sold by piece as well - ensaymada, and much much more. Worth visiting 100% when you are in the area!More

I am from Puerto Princesa City, and I have visited Aurora four times already, twice of which were during Christmas vacation. After Simbang Gabi, I and Fred dropped by Aurora's best bakeshop, Dialyn's, for cups of coffee and slices of cake. The place was cozy...and clean, and the owner and bakers were welcoming. The first time I visited the store, there were ducks around that made me feel like I was in a short story of a local color. The following visit, there was this owner's cuddly feline that welcomed us. Again, this added to a breath of a countryside bread shop. We returned to Ma. Aurora with a round chocolate cake for the Noche Buena. I went home to Palawan with two rolls of chocolate cake from this wonderful bakeshop because I wanted my family here to have a taste of Aurora's best. When I come back to Ma. Aurora soon, I must visit Dialyn's Bakeshop again for another merry and sweet story worthy to be remembered.More

I don't like cupcakes. I always think they're too sweet and fancy. And I don't like kiwi fruit that much. But when my wife made me try Dialyn's kiwi cupcakes for the first time, I was blown away. The bread is excellent, the taste not...too sweet. The topping is generous but it's the kiwi seeds they put in the pastry that will make you stand up and cheer, it gives a different texture to the bread. The first time we tried it, my kids were fighting over who would get the second and third cupcake. (My eldest ate 3, and she's a finicky eater so that was a compliment in itself.) We ended up bringing home 3 dozen cupcakes, plus some of their brazo de mercedes. The cupcakes cost P40 each. Whatever sorcery they're doing with their cupcakes, I want more!More

A local told us about Dialyn's and we ordered cake for Xmas. During special occasions like Xmas, their cakes are usually sold out, so we had to order at least a few days ahead. Their cake is so rich and chocolatey (obviously we had the...choco cake hehe) and just the right price. The local said, on ordinary days one can just go and get a cake even without reservations.More

banana loaf, choco roll and ensaymada are our staple items when we buy from any bakeshop we visit anywhere in the philippines. and this one in baler is at par or perhaps surpasses the one in baguio and in manila. it's located along the street...going to sabang beach. try picking an item or two and you will not be disappointed. it has an ample parking and all baked goods are reasonably priced.More

We like passing by at Dialyn's when we walk to Sabang Beach. We usually buy a loaf of bread and a red velvet cupcake. But I was very disappointed when I got the Black Forrest cake for my birthday. It's not the real Black Forest...cake. It's just made of chiffon. Was really sad about it. Anyway, we won't stop going here cause they have better bread than any bake shops in Baler. You can also refill your water for free.More

Had to try their Kiwi cupcake..although the green cupcake didn’t appeal to me much as I equate it to being sour but man, it is the BEST cupcake I’ve tasted...ever!!! Topped with excellent cream cheese on generous proportions too. Had brewed coffee here too and...it tasted pure and not so diluted like most coffee shops for a price of 45Php. One after another are the arrival of people that come here to buy in bulks, you just have to stop here to have a taste. Their breads is soft as butter! Tasted very very fresh. See it to believe! I am a convert!More

Tried the popular Kiwi Cupcakes and Yema Swirl. The recipe is really good that it made me want to stay in Baler for long. For it’s price, I find it better than the ones available in the bakeshops around Manila. Life is always better in...the province.More
