Delicious food

This is beautiful treasure of Monfalcone. We loved the pasta, Italian style vegetables and octopus that we ordered. It was simply delicious tastes, so authentic Italian, its hard to find these days. Also service was excellent. They made special gnocchi for our child who loved it. We will surely return.

Authentic Italian bistro

Returned to the restaurant already fifth time as this is simple but very tasty, authentic Italian kitchen and extremely pleasant service. We had salat with burrata for starter and aubergine lasagna after as a la card kitchen was closed afternoon. All was delicious.

Delicious local place

We were looking for a lunch spot between Aquilea and Grotta Gigante and just found this via the TripAdvisor reviews. I'm really glad we did! Excellent food in an authentic, local setting, and friendly service (our waitress spoke great English). We both had one of the daily specials and both were very tasty (and generous portions).

Absolutely excellent in its meals. Well worth the choice. Have been trying different restaurants during the visits to Monfalcone but this was a favorite.

Stopped here whilst walking the Camino had a lovely toasted sandwich and a glass of wine good food and drink and good value.

Love this restaurant

We were here four years ago and today we also choose this lovely place. It was a great choice, the service was great and the waiters were really kind, they speak english, and the food was awesome. Love it! I hope we will come back some time....

Best Trattoria, class apart

Read the good reviews on trip advisor and decided to visit this place. Very nicely decorated small restuarant and waiters are good in service. House wine was really nice along with small finger bites. They dont have a menu and can prepare as per your choice to an extent. Went for their speciality pasta which was filled with cheese and seafood, was amazing. Also had burrata salad, burrata was one if the best I had in italy. Dessert was a show stopper choc cake which was really nice, gonna be back for sure.

The highlight of Monfalcone

As much as I found Monfalcone not really an interesting or nice place to stay - this little restaurant saved the short vacation there. The food is absolutely delicious and the serivice makes you feel like at home. Absolutely worth recommending to everyone staying in Monfalcone.

Excellent visit

Had dinner here one evening. The waitress where polite and showed me to the table. They didn't have an English menu but she where kind enough to walk me through the menu, explaining what they have. She did this did this on in self learned English. I understood most of what she said, and she did it with a smile on her face. I do not know what the dish I ordered is called. But I will have no problem going here again. Great service and good food.

Fish&pasta, from the best quality!

This restaurant offers tipical italian dishes for their guests: fishes, pasta, salads. The waitress was very kind and helpful, she offered us a mixed fish plate for appetizer. It included many sorts of fishes and fruits of the sea, which we never ate before. This was a specific taste-adventure for us, but we loved it! As main course we ate pasta filled with fish. It had the taste and consistence of home-made pasta, cooked al-dente. We also liked it very much! If you go to Monfalcone, and you love the taste of fresh fish dishes, I offer Lo Spuntino!
