The diner serves filipino classics as well as American friendly meals. The restaurant is located right next to the Metro mall and across the bus stations. Definitely a good stop for a quick breakfast/lunch.

I came here for dinner last night and really enjoyed it. I had a tuna carbonara and a porn and rice dish. Both were very nice and the service was efficient and friendly. Prices are good too.

Friendly clean diner with good value basic food hidden upstairs above the Globe shop. All food is very Philippines biased: even a toasted cheese sandwich and Mexican food were shockingly sweetened with sugar, Mayonnaise and small portions. Closes at 8 pm. No cooked vegetables available but salads.

They should open a 2nd restaurant I’m sure it would be successful they have good
Menu lots of choices, it’s always busy at lunch and dinner time, sometimes hard to get a seat. They have western food and Filipino and it’s at good prices.

Located on the first floor of the Globe Telecom building, in the heart of Maasin City this cafe offers a good short-order menu. Their chicken with rice and gravy meal is cheaper and better than that offered by the famous Jolibee!
The range of accompanyments for the rice base is extensive. But more than that, Spy's offers fresh fruit drinks, shakes and milkshakes along with bottled softdrinks. Try the potato fries, served in a plastic cone or the Mojo Potatoe Fries, served with Marie Rose dressing. Deserts include delicious Halo-halo and leche flan.
Menu items are usually available. Service is fast and friendly. It's full around lunch hour so go early!
