Six of us went for lunch today and had a wonderful welcome. Waitresses couldn’t do enough, food was amazing. Highly recommend the carbonara, special lasagne and the fish and chips are the best in town! Will definitely be back!
While staying in Saundersfoot in Wales for 9 nights we had the pleasure to get a booking at the Boathouse for two evenings, a well appointed modern restaurant. A pleasure because our food was some of the best food we have eaten in any restaurant...in the several countries we have visited. It is easy to locate along the main street and open all days except Monday and Tuesday. I had Guiseppe’s beef lasagna the first night and the classic franc(s)ais chicken melt the second night both delicious. My partner had the Krispie Chicken burger the first night and the Carbonara the second night and he said both were the best he ever had. The staff are are very polite with good personalities and worth a good tip while paying the bill which is very reasonable.More
We ate twice in this restaurant and both times were a fantastic experience.
good choice on the menu.
the staff were brilliant and it appeared they were there all the time so a big thank you to them.
Highly recommend this restaurant but book early...to save disappointmentMore
Booked a table for 7 for a family celebration the food was lovely and well presented. We were asked if we would like to order desert, after placing our order we were told we would have to leave our table and finish off our meal...in the pub garden to the rear of the restaurant as the table was booked to another group. We had only 2 hours to eat our meal. We did have to wait quite a while for the second course to arrive. I don’t expect to forced to leave my table half way through my meal This ruined my evening outMore
If your idea of a vegetarian curry is a bowl of slop that you have to sieve the tiniest amount of vegetables out of then this is the place for you! I couldn’t eat my food and when I informed them they gave a whopping...£2.70 off my meal. Tbf my dad enjoyed his food basic fish and chips!More
Wow, what a lovely restaurant. The food was amazing, portions were large and hot and delicious. As for the staff, they were so guenuenly friendly and made us so welcome. We have already booked to return later this week.
We called by here whilst on holiday, we hadn’t made a booking but although it was really busy, they went above and beyond to seat us promptly. The service was faultless, as were the food and drinks, with the kids clearing their plates which rarely...happens! Will be recommending the boathouse to anyone we know visiting Pembrokeshire, 5* all round.More
