Some places have great food, some have great staff, this place has both. We were a holidaying table of 4 including 2x seniors and from the start the staff were lovely, welcoming, helpful and particularly caring with my elderly parents. As to the food, I...had their fish curry which I have to say is the best I have ever had. Good size portion with a variety of fish and shellfish in a broth with amazing depths of flavour that transported me to food heaven. I tried to recapture the experience at another popular costal fish restaurant the next night and it just could not compare. My partner had the fish linguini and this was equally delicious, the food quality evidenced by no need to drown the subtle flavours with too much cream (as others sometimes do). This is a place that cares about the quality of their ingredients, and taste combinations. The staff were attentive but discrete, just the right balance. This is what makes eating out a real pleasure, not just an alternative to eating in.More

We booked well in advance, table was ok but the place lacked something. We just had mains, my rib eye requested as medium was more well done than I like, no one asked if the meals were ok, the steak was also not as hot...as the rest of the meal, very hungry so ate it. My wife had the lamb and it was tasty but needed to be warmer. When we asked for the bill I did point this out and our first round of drinks were taken off the bill, nice gesture. I would return if we are ever back in this area.More

Very nice food and good management. The seafood starter is recommended as well as the steak which was cooked to perfection. Had a slight problem with a drink which was rectified swiftly.

Staff very accommodating when we requested to change our table to a quieter corner. Excellent meal, delicious. Unfortunately, I failed to check our bill until a few days later, and we had been charged an extra £26.00 for drinks we didn't have. I have emailed...them twice in the past 2 weeks along with a copy of our bill. To date, I have yet to receive a reply. The true test of business's customer service fitness is not when things go right- but rather what is done when things go wrong.More

Just re-visited this restaurant after a long break and had a great meal. Such a warm welcome by the owner Kamal. Food was excellent - we had a really nice evening and will certainly go back again soon.

Took a chance while on holiday after reading excellent tripadvisor reviews. What an amazing place. The staff were all friendly and happy despite being really busy. Service was good and i had trouble deciding what to eat as everything on the menu sounded so good....I had the seafood curry and the rest of my party had the lamb. All of us agreed it was the best meal out we have had in a very long time. The portions were a good size and my curry was amazing, lovely subtle flavours which didn't overpower the flavour of the seafood. I would 100% recommend this restaurant. We hope to come back to the area soon and will definitely be eating here againMore

Service was incredibly friendly from start to finish, the lady serving us- who turned out to be the manager- was the only waitress all evening and did an excellent job. Nothing was too much for her and she did it all with a smile on...her face. Food was quick to come out and was hot and fresh. The chefs clearly know and love what they do as everything was so well done, the hints of different cuisines through different dishes was executed perfectly and very clever- special mention to the lime pickle on the croquettes! The balance on the dishes was just perfect, particularly the curry. Thankyou for a relaxed but very tasty meal :)More
