Me, my girlfriend and her folks had a great breakfast in The Habit tea rooms recently during our stay in Llandudno. We were looked after by a very helpful lady called Monica who also gave us some information about a trip to Llyn Gerionydd. Definitely...worth visiting The Habit if you are in the area.More

Felt welcomed by staff, very helpful staff. My food and drink however cost £9 and all I had was a large diet Pepsi and cheese and ham tostie. The tostie tasted like they used very cheap products, the tostie was tasteless and cheese texture was...like eating gewy paste rubber. Could of cooked something better at home, overall very disappointing.More

Excellent, friendly staff. Great cakes and excellent value for money. Just nipped in for coffee but we couldn't resist the temptation of the cake table.

We were seated at a freshly sanitised table as soon as we arrived at about 1pm on a Sunday afternoon. The tables were well spaced apart and some had Perspex dividers between them. The staff were super friendly took our order quite quickly. The food...also arrived in good time and is a selection of good old fashioned cafe fayre with some specials and an amazing cake table in the centre of the room. I felt that the price was average and relative to the food and its the choice of cakes and the friendly staff that make this a place to go back to. Unbelievably I witnessed a customer who had ignored the request to wait to be seated at a sanitised table and who sat at a table that hadn't been cleared and who verbally abused one of the waitresses because the table she wanted to sit at wasn't getting cleaned as quickly as she would have liked. Credit to her, the young waitress remained very calm and ever so polite and i think that summed up the lovely nature of the staff here.More

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The food is excellent but sadly, like many other places they have increased their prices this summer. You might need to wait a short while for a table, as we did, but the food more than made up for the...short wait. It's getting harder for a family of four to eat out at a reasonable price and we would usually visit here on numerous occasions during our regular visits to Llandudno. We can't really afford to do this now but we would still recommend this Tea Room as it remains one of the best for the quality of the food.More

First of all, we have to mention the friendly staff - naturally welcoming, nothing contrived, homely. They were helpful (to the point of getting into a corner to turn on the power to the wall sockets!) and even gave us an extra Welsh tea cake...because they had crumbled a bit! They chatted to us about life, the holidays, and made excellent tea and coffee, and those wesh cakes were delicious too! Would definitely go back, and next time with an emptier stomach so we can eat more cake!More

We’ve been here before and enjoyed what we had, and the place is always busy when we pass so we headed to town with the sole purpose of grabbing some food here. Not sure if it is because it was late afternoon on a Saturday...but most of the staff seem miserable as sin (young lady with curly hair was jolly and the young man was running around at a million miles an hour!) I don’t want to see eye rolling and sulking from staff when I’m having my lunch thanks! Asked for Diet Coke and received some kind of brown liquid that was probably once fizzy but that time had long since passed! Sausage, egg and chips priced at £8.75 was disappointing at best. The chips were standard skinny frozen chips, two small sausages and one egg. I would of classed this as a child’s portion and for nearly £9 I expected better. In contrast the child’s meal was good value at £5.95 including a drink and ice cream (which we didn’t end up having because it had taken an hour to order, receive and eat our main course). Just a generally disappointing experience, given the reviews and how busy it always is. I just can’t see that we were in the same place!More
