There was 16 of us and we ordered a couple combos and the food was delicious all around just took a little too long. The staff was great the food was delicious ambience bathroom was clean. Matutinas would be a come back place for family

Ate here coming from Baguio because of the good reviews. Did not disappoint. Nice ambience, great service, and delicious food at an affordable price.
We got sisig, lumpiang Shanghai and Fiesta Bilao. Highly recommended. They have parking as well.

So glad this place popped up on my search bar! We were a party of nine, so we opted for one of their family sized meals for 10. And let me tell you, this meal would’ve fed TWELVE! The dinner included 2 whole grilled and stuffed Tilapia, two platters of their signature buttered shrimp, two large bowls of bangus (milkfish) sinigang, a huge serving of crispy pata, and more rice than you can handle! And we were supposed to get leche flan for dessert, but we were SO FULL by the end, we passed on it, lol! And since I kept seeing reviews from other people raving about their crispy hipon (crispy shrimp), I figured I’d try it out! Long story short, EVERYTHING was delicious! MASARAP!! And the crispy hipon, SO GLAD I ordered it! The best way to describe it: fresh-out-the-fryer French fries in shrimp form! I literally ate the whole shrimp, shell, head and all! So delicious! Their buttered shrimp was so full of flavor! The crispy pata had the right ratio of crunch to tenderness and the fat was rendered so perfectly that it was so juicy without being greasy at all! The bangus sinigang had the perfect amount of sour/tartness from tamarind! Only because everything was so delicious, the tilapia ranked at the bottom, but not because it tasted bad. I’m sure if I had the tilapia by itself, I would have given it a great review. And again, I can’t rate the leche flan because we were to full to have any of it, lol!
So as the title of this review states, EAT HERE! I promise, you won’t be disappointed!

We've been to Matutina's here near Binalonan and I think they have another one near Carmen, Pangasinan. The quality of the food they serve does not vary - it's always been good. This is probably the reason why their place is full most of the time. The best time is probably about an hour before lunch time so that you can easily get a place. Their serving time is quite quick and their staff gives good service. Reasonably priced as well.

Lunch is one important meal I cannot missed eating especially when i am on trip with family, colleagues and friends. When you are bound to visit Pangasinan or Baguio, stop by at Matutina’s restaurant. It has many seafood dishes and variety of pork and beef as well. Personally, i love the pakbet, pritong boneless bangus and the buttered talaba while my kids love the sinigang na Hipon, crispy pata and fried chicken. While you wait for your orders to be served, they will give you free pastillas to munch! Lastly, it has bagoong isda as one of its condiments you can use to dip your fish and pork dishes. 🍴(Jun 10, 2019)

Yesterday, my friend and I look for a place we can eat, all restaurant we've been are all closed. so we decided to try Matutinas, and yes! all foods that we ordered are delicious! very worth it :) will comeback again next time to try other menus you have.

After a long drive from Baguio to Our Lady Of Manaoag; got very hungry and they recommended this place. Just a few kilometers from TPLEx Urdaneta. A typical Pinoy food.

Everytime - and I mean everytime we go on a road trip up North, we always pop by Matutina's in Urdaneta. Yes, it means that a short detour is required but we never did mind. We enjoy their deep fried boneless bangus, boiled vegetables and bangus sisig - and some in our group swear by their weekend buffet. The price can't be beat and service is most accommodating.

This is the perfect epitome of “ you cant judge a book by its cover”. The place and the buffet food looks too ordinary.
But when you get to eat and try its dishes, its simply extraordinary. The price too is quite affordable.
Simply you can’t judge the food by its establishment.

Brought my family here for lunch as we were driving home from baguio. Ate here multiple times already and the food is still very very good. My parents, who were first timers, liked it so much that they want to go to pangasinan just to eat here. Price is affordable compared to the quality of the food and service is good considering the number of customers. Overall, one of the restaurants that i will gladly eat at everyday for the rest of my life.

Tried the buffet style with my family, price is reasonable and food is amazing. Love the Bangus Sisig and Pinakbet. I’ve also tried A La Carte, I recommend Kare Kare, and Poki poki.
