Great place for coffee and tea. Cozy atmosphere, friendly service, fine location. Very good and fresh pastries and breads.

Delicious sandwich, appreciated the fact that they were individually wrapped, as they were on display with no sneeze guard. Beautiful, large space. Found no fault with the service either.
All kinds of pastries and good coffee. Nice atmosphere: over a hundred years old wooden house. History of Tampere, tasty pastries and old-timey sweets.
A friend had been here before and warmly recommended this café. We were expecting a small place, but it was quite a large one. The atmosphere was still cozy and homely as the space is divided in several small rooms. All servings except doughnuts are...made in the cafe. We had coffee and small old-fashioned cookies which suited well as the cafe is within the Amuri museum of Workers’ housing. From some windows you can have a view of the inner court. A very nice coffee break!More
This an old authentic museum and house complex with inner yard surrounded by newer concrete apartment houses. Cafe interior is large and presents authentic Finnish labor life 100 years ago. Old photos are hanging on the wall illustrating life then. Also staff is dressed in...old style skirts. Cafe is offering locally made different sweet and salty buns, pies and breads, breakfast on every day and lunch at weekdays. There are also some sweets and other decorative stuff available. Price level is really nice. Cafe is big but almost all tables were taken in the Saturday noon. Obviously this is popular place among locals. Free parking space is available on the street. In summer time you can enjoy outdoor tables at yard. Cafe is really nice spot in the neighborhoods of Amuri bit far from city center.More
Cosy old fashioned cafe next to a museum of workers' housing. Feel the early 1900's. Traditional pastry and bun. Senior citizens, moms and children, friends, couples.
Good breakfast buffet, but teh service was really bad. The place was full and waitresses very not friendly at all.
We visit here frequently. The place offers great pancakes (pannukakku) and the "rieska" is delicious. Also the atmosphere is delightful - it's like traveling back in time at the center of Tampere.
A nice cafeteria in an old wooden building. Both sweet and salty bakery, a big variety to choose from. Also breakfast served in the mornings. This place also has nice prices. In the summertime you can enjoy your coffee also in the garden.
Just a cup of coffee and a good bakery in a nice environment. Worth to visit and they also have outdoor sitting.
Looks very traditional Finnish old home / coffeehouse. Tasty authentic Finnish breakfast and friedly staff!
Wide selection of savoury and sweet pastries, good coffee and lovely atmosphere! Cinnamon rolls taste like the ones my granny used to make :)
This is the one cafeteria to visit, if you want to feel old Tampere. The place is located next to Amuri Museum of Workers, which is open from 9th of May until 10th of September. The cafeteria is open every day during the whole year.
Decent breakfast, fresh bakery buns, breads etc. Coffee and juice... All on a fixed price. Nice old traditional building, and the atmosphere is truely unique.
It's a good way to start the perfrect Saturday and go to Amurin Helmi to have a breakfast. Good porrige and fresh bread. Clean.
