Called here for a coffee before doing some sightseeing. Good COVID protocols. Friendly service. Coffees came with a biscuit and small cake, and were excellent. Service was good and friendly. I would definitely recommend

Casual relaxing atmosphere in this cafe. It attracts couples with new born babies in prams and dog lovers! Coffee can be from excellent to "not bad at all" depending on what you get. Food is mainly sandwiches and burgers, and salads and it's ok. Never...been disappointed!More
Its is a nice thematic coffee shop perfect to visit with your family and especially kids. Even in the rest room areas you can here fairytales playing
This is a great choice if you want to relax having a coffee when you visit downtown Iraklio. Nice, relaxing atmosphere in an interesting part of town.
We went there for matcha. The matcha latte had too much plant milk inside. The salad was OK. The menu card was very used and ugly. Service was kind. All in all an average experience.
It is located on a very cozy spot 2 minutes walking from Lion's Square. I totally recomend it. It is stylish inside and the staff is very polite.
Awesome cheescake, magnificent coffe and absolutely kind and helpful crew. The venue was very cosy. We recommende The caffee
Nice place to spend an hour or teo, enjoying life and good coffee. Nice relaxing place in the shadow of the sun. ...
We had a wonderful welcome at this laid back, friendly cafe. The vibe was very inclusive and a little alternative. We visited a couple of times and had excellent loose leaf teas, Greek coffees, fresh home made lemonade and authentic Cretan wine all served with...excellent bar snacks. Very close to the sea front museums and a perfect place to get away from the tourist bustle.More
Kind and friendly service. Drinks are more than satisfying and look excpetional. Consider coming here. They will greet you with a smile and refreshing water ;)
We drank only smoothies, it was very tasty. Pleasant atmosphere, calm light music, cool air. A great place to relax from the loud city center.
Excellent service and amazing coffee.the place is wonderful and nobody is smoking. Safe for kids. I suggest it to everyone who wants to enjoy coffee and sweets.
I love this place! It’s very cozy and everything in the menu is great, from coffee to desserts. Also, it is smoke-free indoors and the staff is very friendly. Totally recommend it!
Biscotto is a cafe as sweet as its name! It offers a variety of hot ( or gold ) chocolates, in reasonable prices, which are delicious 😋 The atmosphere, the decoration, the music, the stuff..., everything makes thit place so unique and particular but also...so friendly and approachable . Now, with the new BIO - Organic menu is definitely the most interesting place in town ! I am a fan and I highly recommend it !More
We went to biscotto for a coffee and liked the service so much that we decided to stay for drinks. Our bill mounted quickly and after drinking ALL of their Mythos, Stella, Alfa and raki we were tucking into our second round of Erdinger when...we realized that we needed some more cash. I asked the manager to save our table for 5 minutes while we went down the street to hit the ATM and he said it was fine. When we got back, our table was gone, along with our drinks and our chess game. I'm normally pretty chill but kicking out the ONLY clients who were buying drinks and after spending in the entire cafe is pretty insulting. If it wasn't for the poor decision of the manager I'd have given this place a better rating due to the amazing service we got from Anna and Constantina. Their bosses are totally worthless though.More
