We had read good reviews about this hotel, so decided to have our dinner here. We were not disappointed. The staff were very friendly and helpful with my dietary requirements, and the food was fresh, plentiful, tasty and fairly priced.

The Central is the best place in town for a top pub feed. Huge big tasty meals with a beautiful side salad. Meals come quickly and are reasonably priced. You can’t go wrong.

Had a wonderful meal at the Central. Steak was excellent, Honey Chilli prawns were too. Just like a great home cooked meal. Friendly & relaxing. Just what we needed.

The crumbed steak was huge and the creamy garlic steak was delicious! My colleague ordered the barra and it was just as good. Friendly service 😊

The bar - the host here is very friendly and helpful. Restaurant - I wanted barra, but it was all gone - get in early. I guess I should have gone for King Salmon, but I went for garlic prawns instead. It was okay, topugh...I thought rice and chips was an odd combination. My glass iof wine was quite pleasant.More

Friendly helpful staff were the beginning of a very pleasant dining experience in this historic pub. The barramundi when it arrived to our table was cooked...perfectly. Typical country pub with friendly staff and yummy food. Huge servings and declicious. We went here for dinner both nights as it was so good.
