Tiny little restaurant but wonderful evening. Charming, welcoming and helpful staff. Service was leisurely and food fresh and delicious. Terrace in summer would have fabulous views. Impressive business. A lovely find. Would definitely return.

Tasty, reasonably priced food with an excellent selection of ports and very pleasant and helpful service. Great view over the river too.
Beautiful views of the river , amazing food and excellent service are the reasons you should visit Intrigo. The cod and black pork were delicious. We were told about this restaurant by our food tour guide in Lisbon and she did't disappoint us. Off the...beaten path, you won't just happen upon it.More
Delicious food with a great view of the river! Dishes great for sharing: we loved the duck rice! Staff friendly and helpful
The food here is absolutely stunning and such a beautiful view from the restaurant. We did have to wait a little bit for one of our meals slightly longer than desired but the food was so good when it came. The staff were very kind...and friendly. Wish I could have eaten everything on the menu, it all looked amazing. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone! Great veggie and meat eater options!More
Relaxed, informal and welcoming vibe. Hard to find but well worth the effort. Stunning views (NB~ only tables for two available outside) Interesting and varied menu of traditional Portuguese food - duck rice dish and aubergine dish particularly good - excellent and friendly service.
This was recommended by a local and they did not steer us wrong. The menu is small but beautifully executed. This is what we enjoyed and each dish was perfection. The broccoli tempura, corn churros and duck rice. The Duck Rice is for 2 and...is more than enough. Dessert was a French Toast with lavender ice cream, not what you would expect but once again, delicious. Treat yourself! Thank you Ana for the most wonderful evening.More
5 great food not much of a choice of food but you know what you have ordered will be well cooked and indeed it was the cod on potatoes was AWSOME
Hidden away from the main thoroughfare, but worth a visit. Beautiful view over the city. Delicious food.
A great find in Porto! Off the beaten track up lots of steps with amazing views of the river and sunset. The food was incredible - small plates great for sharing. Highly recommended!
Went last night, already booked for Wednesday! So far, this has been the outstanding restaurant for us. The setting is beautiful and the Staff/ service is excellent. As for the food, fabulous. Loved the broccoli, aubergine and the corn churros. It is tremendous value for...money, if you like Yottam Ottilenghi style food you will love it here, but you must book!More
We loved our dinner so much at Intrigo that we went for drinks a second night. The food was uniformly good. We shared six small plates which should be enough food for two people. The people who work there can't be kinder. And the view...is extraordinary. Definitely treat yourself.More
I ordered the sardines on toast, pork brioche and almond praline desert - food was absolutely amazing and the atmosphere was incredibly lovely also (river views were stunning!). I would highly recommend!
Best food ever eaten. and the staff were so incredibly lovely. The recommended food combinations were perfect and as someone who regularly eats out in high end restaurants this beats them every time
We ate at Intrigo on the suggestion of our hotel concierge. We were glad we did because it wasn’t on our radar and isn’t on an obvious high street. The restaurant is a real find. The food is great - a short tapas style menu...with every dish delicious. Good selection of wines and other drinks. Attentive, unrushed service. Reasonable prices. But the star of the show is the fabulous Douro river view from the terrace. Getting a table there is a bit hit and miss as it’s very small and no reservations are taken to sit there. But well worth making the effort.More
