It was my first Fado experience and it was fabulous . Very tradicional place. Food was delicious and great customer service. A bit pricey ,but it worth it.

If you are looking for exceptional Fado singing, this is the place. I have been a patron for years and never left disappointed with the quality of the musicians and the singers which must be some of the best in Portugal. The space is traditional,...More

Absolutely incredible Fado and 5-star customer service! We were treated like family with attentive staff in a very warm and welcoming environment. The Fado music was some of the best i've experienced! The food was good but not great. My octopus was grilled to perfection...More

We wanted to experience some traditional Portuguese singing and have some great food at the same time but all 4 of us were a little disappointed with the dishes that we have ordered. The food is overpriced. We got rabbit, octopus and goat. The goat...More

They should have two settings for dining, each followed by a Fado show. We had to wait and wait in-between short set while they served food to others in the restaurant. Be sure to take a taxi. Steep hills to get to the restaurant. There...More

We went for the fadso and it was very good. The food was 'tourist commercial' and they're obviously geared for groups. It is a fun time though and you go for the atmosphere, not the cuisine.

The food is very good, but since a lot of tourists go there, I found it extremely overpriced (for Lisbon where you can get a great meal and wine for two for $44) Additionally, this is about a $15 cab ride from the center, but...More

Hi Mimi, I would recommend getting a taxi or Über, both should not cost more than 10-15 euros You can also catch Tram 28 going west towards Bairo Alto and walk last 10 minutes or so from the tram stop Enjoy Lisbon

I don't think there is any but we were "dressy casual" and that was fine.

We paid approx. £50 a head - 3 courses + house wine (the white was very good). You do get excellent Fado music which I can thoroughly recommend as well.
