The ambiance (tables, decor) was very nice. The wait staff as well though they frowned upon paying separately so we had to pay once and twint the one person (this is uncommon here). We were also surprised when we made the reservation that we only had the table for two hours, also extremely unheard of in Switzerland. The place is very loud and then after we've been there for an hour and a half, the music was turned up even louder, making conversation almost impossible so we left early. The food was good though.

Because we had eaten typical food for lunch, in the evening we decided to come and eat meat. We take a grand slam, which is a minimum for 2 and costs 54 francs each for a kg of meat, and we get brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken, pork ribs and pork belly, with bread, gherkins, coleslaw and chips with chilli. So overall the meat is very good but I must say that the brisket had a lot of fat, and the pulled chicken as well as the pulled pork were good but a little dry at times, the ribs however were very good and with barbecue sauce and pork belly I must say my favorites, as well as the chili con carne chips which were phenomenal. Fast and professional service and the cost I must say is a little high for me but not living here it could be average for Swiss salaries. I would happily go back for the pork belly and those incredible chips

Brisket here is so tasty and flavorful! The bark on the brisket is delicious and I love the side of baked beans which are spicy and so good. Love that you can order exactly as much brisket as you want, sometimes I order 200 grams, sometimes 300 grams of brisket. Service very good and I did not find it loud at all, they have music yes but I didnt consider it loud.

We were staying in the area. Easy to get to from renaissance hotel. The place looks small from outside but its quite large. Service was quick and goid. We had brisket it was as good as kansas city! It was $90 for 400g of beef, two sides and three beers, typical for Switzerland,

This restaurant was recommended to us but it was a real let down. We each ordered the chicken brisket, which was nothing special. Our waiter was nice but continually trying to upsell us more items even after we told him we did did want anything additional. It’s a very large restaurant, with seating inside and outside. It was a very hot day, 95 degrees, but there was no air conditioning. The wine pour was on the light side. Lots of the customers came with families and it was very noisy and somewhat chaotic.

The visit at Brisket was very good, although not perfect in my opinion.
The food was very good and the drinks menu is big enough so everyone could find something. The portion size is ok and we were told that the pulled meats are weighted before serving so it is ensured the guests get the amount they pay for.
In my personal opinion the food was good and all of us were satisfied, but I was expecting a bit more for the price they are charging. 3 out of our party of 4 had the mixed house platter and were charged 39 CHF per person plus sides as extra charge. This slightly bitter taste of the relation between price and amount of food made me give 4 out of 5 stars.
The service was friendly and professional.
If I come back I will probably choose another item on the menu, as the burger of the 4th person in our party had a better price relation in my opinion.

We went there to just find out we could only order from the “group menu” because we were more than 4! I wanted the burgers and some chilli con carne and …nope! “The meat is the same” the guy had to say. We were rushed cause the table was double booked, prices a bit too spicy (ZH style) though the service was mediocre. Brisket was a bit dry, sausages cooked ling before serving time, but I liked the ribs. I went for the non-alcoholic beer and that was not a good choice either. The waiter seemed the he was doing us a favour during the service and his attitude did not changed during the evening. And no desert cause there was ni time either! Oh, and no changing tables at the bathrooms. It was a nice try, but unfortunately I will not go back again to this restaurant :(

Texas style BBQ place in Zurich. Known for its beef brisket though I found it a bit dry. Went for the “holy trinity“ for two (priced per person) of two meaty pork ribs, two beef sausages, several slices of brisket and two sides. A valid taste of American food. Served with spicy Texas red sauce and SC mustard sauce.

I have eaten here several times and love the beef...the service is also very good. My only comment is that the BBQ sauce is very strange -- i have eaten BBQ in various places in USA and BBQ sauce is tangy, sweet, tomato based. The sauce here is harsh, not sweet, and very spicey. I actually get the beef without the sauce as I just don't like it at all. The fries are excellent BTW!

Service was trying, but it was new there!
Otherwise everything takes a long time between ordering and delivery of the food.. generally very loud, conversation very loud depending on where you sit!

I ordered the brisket burger. It was full of burnt ends. Full of flavor. A great burger.
The old fashioned, however, which didn’t cost much less than the burger was totally watery and tasted of nothing. I have no idea if there actually was maple or the infused bourbon that the menu stated it would have.

The hype surrounding this place is quite misplaced. We were looking forward to finally getting a chance to eath some southern BBQ-style food, however our expectations were not met. We ordered the holy trinity. The ribs were bone dry and lacked taste, the sausage was undercooked and tasted off, but the biggest dissapointment was the brisket itself. Mac 'n cheese sidedish was amazing, would rate it 10/10.

I am fond of this restaurant where I eat relatively frequently despite the fact that it’s a bit out of the way from where I live in central Zürich. It’s one of the few places in town where you can enjoy an authentic southern BBQ with all the trimmings. The menu is quite extensive and the food is very good. Save some room for dessert. The servers are young, friendly and attentive. They speak fluent English and will make sure you don’t leave hungry.

Unexpectedly Good. From the parking across the street you get a preview of what will come as the faint BBQ smell drifts through the air.
During the COVID-19, the service was a bit standoff-ish but to be expected
The food on the otherhand was like sitting in South Carolina or Tulsa Oklahoma knocking back some home made BBQ.
We had the pulled pork with fries and condiments fit for a country king. Full of home grown flavour and succulent meat.
Easy to recommend and certainly will drop by if I‘m in the area.

I've been to Brisket a few times, and the place delivers good food and drinks. Typically I would give this place 4-5 stars, but last Friday, we waited for over an hour for food to be served. Drinks also took time, and we had limited table service or asked if we wanted bread or some kind of service for such a long wait. There was also no acknowledgment of the long wait. Disappointed
