Thanks to TripAdvisor we sought out Cocaeta on a day trip to Venice from Verona and we were so glad we did! We walked from St Mark's which took a little while but using google maps as our tour guide, it took us on a...More

We knew Cocaeta would be good when the line started forming right at 2:30 when it opened. You really can’t go wrong with any of your choices. There’s clear signage outside the door that explains why there isn’t seating. If you’re worried about that, don’t...More

My partner had seen this place on TripAdvisor and was desperate to try a Crepe. We were not disappointed! The crepes were delicious and prepared with fresh ingredients. There is no seating and the place itself is quite small but you can enjoy your crepe...More

Went here today and had a delicious Super Tirimasu & Crepe filled with Dulche we leche 😎 we were served quickly but it was obvious the place gets very busy so be prepared to wait patiently. 2 X Crepe, 2 X Drink & Tirimasu =...More

If you are looking for a perfect spot to grab lunch, look no further! Delicious food that my family still talk about weeks after we came home! I've already recommended it to several friends!

This is a tiny one man operation shop serving up the best crepes in Venice. We sought this place out since they had vegan options for my brother. We were not disappointed. We arrived at 1:45p and were the first in line when the doors...More

Found this place and it was as good as everyone says - hazelnut crepe way way better than the competition - actual crepe itself was a perfect mix of crisp and soft - the savoury Venetian crepe was out of this world and the spinach...More

I felt like such a pig walking away with my 1 savory crepe AND 1 sweet desert crepe, but I couldn't decide which I wanted! Then I noticed I wasn't the only one loading up on them! The number of choices is staggering here. Watching...More

We walked about half hour to this place which is a long way from st Marks square and the main activity and were disappointed. There are loads of pancake places nearer the main area but after reading reviews we came here. Lots of flavours were...More

What an absurd review, you don't say nothing about the most important thing: the pancakes. And it is surely not my fault if you walked a lot to come to Cocaeta without previously reading the other reviews and looking at the photos online: it is...More

Cannaregio is the second largest sestiere (district)
with its busy Santa Lucia train station. Many
transplanted Venetians commute from the outlying
areas, “terra firma” to the locals, which is shorthand
for any place that is not Venice. Two Grand Canal
bridges serve Cannaregio, the newest (Constitution,
2008) still a local hotbed of controversy. Ponte degli
Scalzi is a busy link to the train station. Nearby

Hi Alexandra, I'm sorry I read your question only now. I am the owner of Cocaeta. The dough that I use for my crêpes is without egg and milk, then I have many good fillings both savory and sweet to stuff your crêpes that are... More

Hi McLade, I'm sorry but at Cocaeta I accept only cash. Since many make confusion, I remember you that Cocaeta is not a restaurant with tables or seats, it is just a very very small place where I alone make one crêpe after... More

Artisan Food to take-away. ATTENTION: this is a very tiny shop, NOT the best option for groups, it has NO seats inside nor tables, there are only some bearing shelves so NOT possible to make reservations. But here you can taste delicious, light and healthy homemade dishes - also vegan (BUT NOT GLUTEN FREE!) - choosing from many on a menu that changes daily, savory and sweet. The Crepes are stuffed with the best local (and not only) food, not industrial, many ingredients are also homemade. Cocaeta has also delicious tiramisu to go made at the order, special local craft beers or natural soft drinks.
